It's fine when it works, but sometimes it will not show anything, and it's a bit stressful not to have that complementary information when needed. But when it works, it's great. A little consistency or help with a human could be a good leap forward.

No bots, no AI, no automated support, and each of your tickets were responded to within 10 minutes of the initial request when it was made during our business hours.
