I went through 2 other customization apps before I found this one. It includes vital options that others did not, such as displaying add-on costs during checkout. Very easy to install and manage! The customer service has been outstanding as well. It would be nice to have the ability to edit personalized options in Cart, but either way I would highly recommend this app!

Shopify defaults to 3 levels of product options, and lets you create variants along those 3 planes. I needed to offer customization on 4 levels, and CPO has been OUTSTANDING in that capacity. It's so versatile, that I even offered a 5th aspect of customization that has an upcharge. Not only is the app versatile, it includes extensive easy-to-implement instructions. And the one time I hit a snag using snippets, their support team quickly helped me out with easy communication and intuitive understanding of a shop-owners needs. Worth every penny!

The Custom Product Options app is just what I was looking for. Although it did take quite some time to configure, the end result is perfect. The numerous options with conditional logic and a product image that depicts the options selected will really help us. This app also has excellent support. Responses were very quick and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend Custom Product Options!

This app is imperative to our operations and works perfectly! With so many different options to add personalization or options to products in such an easy way. Even better than the app... if that is possible; is the customer support. The W3 team is quick to reply, fix issues, build extra functions (at a very reasonable rate) and always go above and beyond!

10-2022 Update - I've been using this app for several years now. The support team was absolutely critical in the migration to a 2.0 theme. We ran into an issue the day of the migration and they went above and beyond to not only fix it but help with our particular requests. Top notch!! Fantastic app! Took our store to the next level. I had a few issues along the way and the support was lighting fast. These guys are great!

The APP is easy to use and accommodates all my needs to offer personalized gifts to my customers. After 2 years of proven quality, we decided to upgrade the look of the app to expand our personalize collection. Brad finds the best solution for my request and implemented beautifully exceeding our most elevated expectations. Would definitely work with him again and highly recommend Custom Product Options App!

App is great and easy to use. Customer service is top notch. Emails and even live calls were answered promptly. I had issues with the options not listed properly in email notifications and packing slip. Justin from the help center took care of everything. Very nice, efficient and patient. Thank you!!!

The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. Update: I've been using this app for 2 years now. I'm so impressed. More importantly, the customer support team is awesome. They respond quickly and help me get new features added quickly and troubleshoot anything that I can't figure out myself.

This app is very intuitive compared to other apps I tried. Megan was super quick to respond and help me to get it to do perform exactly as I needed it. We needed the conditional logic and that works great. I would highly recommend.

Great app. Bit of a learning curve but once you've got it it works well. This app is integral to how we sell some items so we can't be without it. We had one issue with it but it was all sorted within a few hours of first contact with W3trends. Great support!

Had a little trouble with the installation--but it was quickly resolved. Setting up the form with the conditional logic (e.g. if you take the option, then show these fields and add an upcharge) was easy, and it looks great. It just works. Support on the installation was very quick and painless. Well done.
