W3 Custom Product Options

This product is absolutely key to me being able to help my customers choose the wood type, size and all kinds of personalization options for our premium cutting boards and as well as the engraving options for our barware. THIS IS THE BEST! I tried the "biggest" and these guys BEAT THEM hands down! First, they answer their phone. Second, they reply to emails and actually read what you ask, instead of sending CANNED Answers. They are SUPER SKILLED. And, if you do NOT get their QUOTES then you are missing BIG TIME! Our website, THATflagcompany.com, specializes in custom ordered flags, plaques and awards. The W3 app has been a great option for our website and is incredibly user friendly. After 10 months with the app we ran across our first issue and contacted the support team. They were quick to help us fix the problem! Been using this app for a little while now and I am very pleased with it. The app does exactly what it states it will do and is easy to use. If there is something that you need help with the support team for this app are very responsive and friendly and will be sure you are taken care of. If you are in need of add on options for your Shopify products I would highly recommend this app.

We installed this app to allow us to have customisable products. The app itself is relatively easy to setup and getting your custom product fields designed and implemented is very straight forward. We did have some issues with our theme conflicting with the app, but the support team worked extensively with us to resolve this issues and solve the problem. Great app to extend Shopify's own functionality and excellent support service :)

So far the best product options app I've used/tried. And I've tried A LOT! They did a great job at making sure to add all the little awesome details you need to make your online store work seamlessly. I would 100% recommend this (and will) to anyone. I also LOVE the fact that I can call them on the phone if need be for help. That is so rare now a days. It's SUPER helpful!

I've tried other custom product options apps before. This ones suits us best. It does not wreck themes with too much extra code. Product works perfectly for our purposes, which is adding some customer customization options for extra cost. Great support that looked into all issues I was having and read my mind in customizing my theme. Highly recommended!

The best app. Great customer service..

I like this app a lot. I jumped from BOLD to W3 and am not looking back. Here are my key points -Best product options app for Shopify -Simplest Interface, very intuitive -The ability to copy and paste long lists of options -Simple conditional Logic -Great support Our products support a ton of variation. The biggest challenge we have is the need to support a fairly large make/model structure, with 20 or so “make” options conditionally showing about 300 total models. Building this out was so tedious in the BOLD offering and a pain to maintain/edit. With this app, we simply maintain a spreadsheet of all of our options, and then copy/paste the entire list in. SO MUCH FASTER! The interface is l much cleaner, the logical structure/relationships are much more intuitive, and has a much lower learning curve than others I have tested. This was the last vestige of BOLD apps being on our store and I’m glad to have found a replacement. It's great to finally ditch the bad UI I’ve found in every BOLD App. UPDATE 2/19/19 You can't beat the customer support and responsiveness of W3Trends. They just did some custom work for me on this app, charged me a fair price, and had it finished in less than a day. They will be my go-to team for any future shopify development.

This is a great app to use if you are looking to add more options to your products. I just started using it for my website and it does exactly what I was looking for and then some! It's also easy to learn how to use, they show you exactly what to do and it's simple to navigate. It's fairly easy to get it installed into your store, I had some trouble though, but the support team was of great help and fixed my problems for me within a few hours after I notified them of the issues. I highly recommend it!!

A product is only as good as it's support...and these guys really are the best around. The product works really really well for our needs compared to other options out there, but their stellar support is what sold us on it. VERY IMPRESSIVE guys...keep it up!

Really easy to use custom options app ! Tried a few and this one is the best by far. All I was looking for (conditional logic, added products) was included, UX is very good, price is reasonable, setup for 25$ quick & perfect. Really good app.
