We have used this App multiple times now as a problem solver. Sending consumers updated parts for their ovens or redeeming a GWP for a product launch. Super helpful & easy to get live with no development needed.

I am so impressed by this app. It has everything you need to set up a product registration form and customize it to exactly how you want it. Its a great starter for being able to have dedicated forms on our website for warranty registrations, and claims. It isn't the easiest to use. But the customer support answers all the questions I had to help me get it set up. I do wish the emails were more customizable that it sends to our customers. But its good so far.

In Q4 2024, we completely redesigned the UX, forms, marketing automation, and our internal processes using MPR and it's Klaviyo integrations. We're using it thoroughly right now : registration forms, conditionnal logic, warranty claim forms, old entries importations, statuses, marketing automation triggers, customised CSS / JS, serial number control list, product labeling, ... To our customer's and internal team perspective, experience is smooth. We were having specific needs, therefore demanding toward the support team. Vito from Varify support team quickly and accurately managed ever single one of them. Do not hesitate to ask the support team. This solution has way more capabilities than it seems.
