Very slow to respond to inquiries (if it all) about issues. We've had on multiple occasions now, reviewers data (email) be leaked. Multiple customers report phishing where scammers think that they are the owner of our store. The first time it happened, they said it was an issue on their end that they resolved. It has since happened again, and upon outreach, they do not answer. Recently we had the customer review follow up email sent to us. Looks very different from the template that is provided and the testing on the app. It was embarrassing to see the issues with the review app email, displaying code to customers. When looking at the reviews on a phone from a customer lens, and it says "read more" with an option to click. The button does not work. Overall, we would strongly recommend a different review app. Regardless of the price tier, there really shouldn't be this many issues, nor data concerns from an app.

Great customer service. Needed help setting up specific reviews on specific pages, and they were very responsive and resolved our issues immediately.
Functional and reliable, really working well for us! The customer service and issue resolution were quick and hassle-free. We had a problem with the popup widget, and they fixed it the very next day. Very happy with the app!
