Very slow to respond to inquiries (if it all) about issues. We've had on multiple occasions now, reviewers data (email) be leaked. Multiple customers report phishing where scammers think that they are the owner of our store. The first time it happened, they said it was an issue on their end that they resolved. It has since happened again, and upon outreach, they do not answer. Recently we had the customer review follow up email sent to us. Looks very different from the template that is provided and the testing on the app. It was embarrassing to see the issues with the review app email, displaying code to customers. When looking at the reviews on a phone from a customer lens, and it says "read more" with an option to click. The button does not work. Overall, we would strongly recommend a different review app. Regardless of the price tier, there really shouldn't be this many issues, nor data concerns from an app.

This app has access to customer data and, in my case, has sold it to a third party. I have screenshots of how excat wrote to the customers who left a review, even in the exact same order... the mail was sent from [email protected]. My business suffered a huge loss as a result. Be careful.

Customer service is awful, the worst I have ever had, it is impossible to get any answers when you have an issue. I would highly suggest choosing a different App. The Chat app says they are available, But I have been trying to talk to someone now for over 2 weeks. I am now looking to change to a better App. UPDATE!!!!! The App is now working, we had a few more glitches and server issues, but the team have been in touch and resolved the issues. Hopefully it will run as expected from now on. Much improved customer service has resulted in my more favourable review. UPDATE BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I noticed I was getting less reviews and when I checked this company now want to charge me $14.99 per month to collect them, when I signed up they said it was a free app. - DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP - YOU WILL REGRET IT

It is easy to use, but the support services are very poor and extra fees are required for developments, which is not acceptable. Also, the application visual areas are not sufficient.

Went smoothly till i tried to transfer my shopify reviews, spreadsheet would not work even in their format. Customer service didnt have a clue. Considering the whole function of the app is to allow import of shopify reviews it failed tremendously and was just a waste of time, dont understand how it takes someone this amount of time to solve something like this when this is the sole purpose of the app EDIT: MAG reached out and tried to resolve the issue, unfortunately i had already found a different app to use. Its a pity as Ashu was a credit to mag, unfortunately the first person I dealt with was out of their depth

App ONLY supports english language at least for the whole E-Mail processing feature. It's not possible to customize or translate those Request Review E-Mails. AppStore says otherwise to that's not an accurate description.

No import/export functions whatsoever. No ability to change review date. Dates are not even implemented.

This app sucks and is a complete waste of time. The customer service is horrible. I have sent it 4 inquires for someone to help but no response. I finally got 1 response sending me the same instructions posted on their app which clearly is no help. DON'T INSTALL THIS APP!

Requests History has not updated to reflect recent sales. I have been waiting for 5 days without answer to my support email. Setting my rating to 1 star seems to be the only way to get the attention I need from the dev. --- I have struggled to get this app working as it should with my store for over half a year. The tech support is not the quickest but to the credit of the dev, they did persist and resolved matters in the end. While I do recommend the app, I would add that it can be a challenge to get it working with custom themes and does require a lot of personal time to get needed attention. Hopefully my experience has led to an improvement in average turnaround time for others.
