getting into a loop when trying to confirm the review even a review on your system does not working WTF

Disgusting how they have very little functionality on this app. You can customize literally nothing and a developer is required for you to change the review rating widget, although we can clearly see that the relevant elements already exist but are assigned a class which we cannot edit. Shopify Apps are useless

Missing key features needed to manage an online store. I suggest the following features be added for making this an easy to use app - Integration with flow and shopify inbox to trigger automated emails for requesting product review x days after fulfillment - Integration with POS to request feedback after a sale is completed.

Do not install, only stars and texts appear, terrible, after installing it does not uninstall completely. HORRIBLE! Aplicación terrible! No instala, solo aparecen estrellas y textos, terrible, despues de instalar no se desinstala por completo. ¡HORRIBLE! Péssimo aplicativo! Não instale, só aparece estrelas e textos, péssimo, depois de instalado não desinstala totalmente. HORRÍVEL!

Completely removed from site but is still showing stars in on the collection page under the product listing. Cannot for the life of me remove!

Terrible app and no support from Shopify. Installed and it worked for a while, however, it stopped working. Shopify was no help and offered no support for over a month, then suggested I clear cache and reinstall, however, after removing and reinstalling it had same problem. Don't waste your time on this broken app with no support!

It can not be translated through the translation app of shopify, thus making its use impossible in multiligual shops. That is seriously annoying.

This is a request we've received from other merchants in the past and may be something we introduce to the app in future. Im having an issue with the star rating not being deleted after ive deleted the app. Im left with 0 stars on all my product pages and even when the app is downloaded you cant even leave a review. I need this code wiped out of my store, i do not want these empty star ratings sitting on my product pages anymore.

The app worked for a while, then stopped working when I updated my theme to Dawn 10.0 and the Support doesn't seem able or willing to help. All I get when I try to access the back end of the app is the browser authentication screen that keeps reloading when I click on the "Continue" button. I have reported this issue to Firefox several times, but apparently, the fault is not on their end, and Shopify support simply refuses to escalate this to their tech team. Of course, if I delete the app, I'll lose all of the heard earned reviews, and I can't access the back end to download them in a CSV format. Ridiculous!

I installed the app, and still when i go to add block i can't find the button to add the reviews. I am sure that the dev team can make it better since i see lot of good reviews I hope this gonna be fixed

Doesn't work anymore. You get a constant "Your browser needs to authenticate Product Reviews" error message that just reloads all the time. Shopify claims it's due to the "browser settings". Nothing to do with the browser and there are so many other people complaining that they can't open or use it for the past four months and nothing has been done about it. The tech team at Shopify is poor and don't check for errors whenever they change something.

App is now broken on Dawn theme. Metafields are no longer on the editable product page and star rating blocks on the actual product page no longer show any review scores. Completely broken.

Why would you allow "visitors" to the site write a product review they did not purchase???????? Wouldn't it make more sense to ask ACTUAL buyers their honest feedback? Not a smart way to get honest reviews... Not sure who thought this one up, but they need to go back to the drawing board!

A trivial matter, easily fixable by a programmer in 10 seconds, yet so silly that I don't know what to say... How could they have used H3 and H4 headings in the application? COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY and destroying the SEO of a thousand stores...

“SEO-friendly review scores - Add reviewer scores to your Google search result” ------ We imported customer ratings and comments, but it is not displaying on Google No Google Rich Snippets & SEO Result Display ---- Updated 2023/5/4 We have checked the source code of the page, and there is no Google structured review data such as aggregateRating.

why is this app not letting my customer to submit the reviews and why is it like this please fix this problem or write instructions before importing the app.
