This app is very basic. It would make sense if you were able to send post purchase emails to request a review. As is they actually need to go to your website after purchasing (on their own), go to the product they purchased and then write a review. Please update this app.

Do not install, only stars and texts appear, terrible, after installing it does not uninstall completely. HORRIBLE! Aplicación terrible! No instala, solo aparecen estrellas y textos, terrible, despues de instalar no se desinstala por completo. ¡HORRIBLE! Péssimo aplicativo! Não instale, só aparece estrelas e textos, péssimo, depois de instalado não desinstala totalmente. HORRÍVEL!

Why is there 2 other apps that integrate with the shop app reviews however shopify's own review app does not?

Completely removed from site but is still showing stars in on the collection page under the product listing. Cannot for the life of me remove!

Maltese I love this. My cat is still uncertain. Reviewed in the United States on July 15, 2023 Size: S(20''D×8''H,Up to 15lb)Color: Rose Red This is an adorable little bed. My cat who was feral up until a month ago is still uncertain. After living on the mean streets all of her life, she takes her time getting to know new things. I bet she will be curled up in it in no time. I covered it with a towel and she slept beautifully. She just does not know what to make of the texture of the faux fur. There are so many new things in her life now that she is an indoor cat. I am sure it will become one of her favorites.

Change my Theme to "Empire" - after that the App stopped working!! No way to get it back. All we get when we start the app is an error ( Your browser needs to authenticate Product Reviews )

Browser authentication issue. App isn't opening. Earlier it was working fine. This app is developed by shopify, can't believe its not working

Terrible app and no support from Shopify. Installed and it worked for a while, however, it stopped working. Shopify was no help and offered no support for over a month, then suggested I clear cache and reinstall, however, after removing and reinstalling it had same problem. Don't waste your time on this broken app with no support!

It can not be translated through the translation app of shopify, thus making its use impossible in multiligual shops. That is seriously annoying.

This is a request we've received from other merchants in the past and may be something we introduce to the app in future. Im having an issue with the star rating not being deleted after ive deleted the app. Im left with 0 stars on all my product pages and even when the app is downloaded you cant even leave a review. I need this code wiped out of my store, i do not want these empty star ratings sitting on my product pages anymore.

removed the app from my website but still is showing the stars beside the products page and those can not be removed and can not get support since the app is already uninstalled
