An sich kein schlechter Konfigurator aber es gibt sehr häufig Probleme mit den Download Dateien der erstellten Designs. Für eine professionelle Verwendung sehr sehr aufwändig da man immer mit dem Support Kontakt aufnehmen muss. Der reagiert zwar schnell aber man muss immer warten und das ist dann eben für eine regelmäßige Nutzung mit einigen Bestellungen am Tag sehr nervig. Für jemanden der nahezu keine Bestellungen hat mag es gut sein.

I swear if you can avoid this app, do so. This is a real review. I run a high paced print shop and their app was only fine for single orders. Not high volume. As soon as the file was too large or complicated or any file a customer uploaded that was actually of good quality, their app wouldnt allow me to download on the backend. Then i have to wait 24 hours for them to email me the files (when i can reach out to the customer faster and get it printed). Customers can upload their images, but they dont allow you to download it on the backend. So you are basically paying InkyBay for nothing. Then they pretend like the issue doesnt exist, even though I have brought it up nearly every day for 2 months. They say "it looks good on my end" when its not their end im worried about. I need it on my computer not theirs. I finally decided today to cancel it. I have used this service with nothing but headaches and fear if it will work today or not. And thats not something worth paying for. LISTEN FOLKS THERE ARE BETTER MORE RELIABLE CHEAPER SERVICES OUT THERE. DONT TRUST THIS ONE. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT AND REMEMBER I WARNED YOU.

De nombreux problème remontées de la part de mes clients. Les produits ne s'ajoute pas aux panier, mais malheureusement les techniciens ne trouve pas le problème. Je dois donc tout refaire et trouver une autre application

This app is great. It's very flexible with many awesome features to run a custom print shop. Very user friendly. It's a lot of backend work. the support is awesome and very responsive. Any little idea I think of while editing they can try to add or implement to the store. They send helpful videos to show me how to make the necessary adjustments if its simple tasks but when I ask for something bigger like building a seperate clipart page that takes my customer directly to the designer they can do the work for me instead of me tring to code and write a new page. The support is speedy and any out of the box idea can be explored with this app.

The app can be a little challenging to figure out but with the right customer support (specifically Anthony), it becomes much easier to understand and use for your exact needs.

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding our scheduled onboarding meeting. While I appreciated the detailed responses to my initial questions and was looking forward to getting started with Inkybay, the experience with our scheduled call was far from satisfactory. I stayed up until 9:30 PM PDT for our meeting and waited for ten minutes, but no one joined, and I was kicked out. This lack of punctuality has significantly impacted my initial impression of Inkybay. Given this experience, I'm finding it difficult to fully trust the assurances provided in your previous email. Reliable onboarding and support are crucial for my small business, and this no-show has raised serious concerns. When I initially spoke to customer support, I was offered a plan fo $19.99 only to be charged $49.99. Be careful. They will scam you out of your money. Now I have to fight with my bank and Shopify to get my money back. I will never use this app again. FRAUDS!!!

So i have been searching for a designer app and have tried many. I needed to find out how to do some extra custom set ups for some of our products. We contacted support and Noah was extremely helpful. Noah went above and beyond and we are only a trial at the moment. He even made a couple of play videos to ensure we get the customisations correct. Experiencing the app so far has been good. Generally easy to set up and move forward. The other thing i took into consideration is there are a lot of decent size companies using this designer app and for many years which was good indicator that this might be the one stop for us for the future. Would honestly recommend on the bases of excellent software plus customer service.

10/10 Recommend for all custom printing businesses! The support for all problems is insane. The will make custom video to explain in great detail solutions to all your problems. Don't become scared of the prices. When you factor usability, customer services and speed this is a super cheap alternative allowing your business to scale!
