Alvin is a rockstar! I had lots of questions and he answered them all along with making so many changes for me. I haven't yet activated the website but so far I highly recommend for their customer service!!

I had some issues figuring out how to customize new products but there customer support helped out and resolved the issues.
It has everything I need to run my store: Graphic, text, color options, and pretty flexible pricing options for my customers. However, the app does give me a hard time with certain things like theme management but their staff is very helpful and solves almost every problem I encounter.

This is definitely the best app for product customizing and printing solutions. This is the only app that really allows you to change the settings and editor so that it works exactly as you want and it suits your product/customers. We found some small things that we can't change ourself, customer service trough the live chat was really helpfull and the made the changes for us within minutes. Thank you!!

The app is great , easy to use and the support is awesome, they answer instantly and are patience and very helpful.
I have been using this app for over a year now and have a very complex customisation process. This app allows me to offer a massive variety of options. The support is also excellent, with fast help. Don't think there's been something they can't workaround so far.

In general the support is fantastic. Help of how to start and personlize to my special needs is great. App is working very good. There is just one key issue unfortunately that the Inky designer can not run in different languages in parallel. So either in english or german. This should be solved - because I'm sure being not the only one who needs that...

I express my gratitude to the inkybay team. As a team, they answer every question I give. They are trying to be helpful.
I don't usually write reviews, but this is definitely an exception. First off, I have tried all the main customization options on the app store. Save yourself the time and effort and believe me when I say this one is the best. It is simple enough for customers to use, but complex enough for customers to be able to build their own awesome designs. Also, the sharing system is unmatched. Our team can build a client design and send them a link that will take them directly to the design within the editor. Other apps cannot do this. Aside from the software, the support team is AMAZING. I have contacted them many times for significant fixes that they get done fast, and for free. They helped me set up multiple products. The team is just great. Go ahead and download the app. I promise you won't regret it!
