Great functionality overall! I did encounter an issue with font settings, but after reaching out to the Koala app support team, they promptly resolved it for me. Although I haven’t been using the app for long, I’m very satisfied so far—everything works smoothly. I can genuinely recommend this app, as their support team is quick to respond and always helpful whenever I need assistance.

The application fulfills its task and works correctly. Something that surprised me very pleasantly was the customer service - the highest level! We’re really happy with this app! We’ve tried other ones, but Koala stood out because of their super fast and helpful customer service. Plus, it’s so easy to tweak the campaign layout so you get it exactly the way you want it to match the look of your store, and setting everything up was a breeze. Honestly, if all customer service was like Koala’s, life would be so much easier!
