Amazing app for being free and still has great customer service. Ylli helped me out with an individual problem I was having perfectly. Couldn't recommend enough!

I would totally recommend this app. They have a great support system and Ylli, a guy from the supporting team, responded immediatelly to my request and he was willing to help me in the best way possible!

Incredibly effective app. I was having technical issues, and was SHOCKED when the support agent LUKAS resolved my problem, LIVE within minutes. He was so quick, I was shocked. This short simple support experience was by far the best customer experience I have ever had. I will definitely use Koala Bundle for all my stores, thanks to people on their team like LUKAS.

After searching for the perfect bundle cart app I finally found it!. The app is very easy to use, quite intuitive. In addition, I found the customer service to be great. The Koala team spotted an error on my site and provided advice within minutes of installation. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to increase sales on their site!

Amazing app and superb customer support, Gyte helped me in under a minute. Thank you! :) Update: I'm just blown away by how great the support is! I had an issue not being able to add more than two products to the bundle and Louie helped me solve it in literally five minutes. I've used many apps, and Koala has the best customer support by far.

Great app. Does what it needs to do. Not all bundle apps support bundles of different products, Koala does. Customizations options are also great and you can just duplicate an excisting Bundle to copy the customization settings into every new bundle.

Great app and great customer service response. Gyte was super helpful and walked me through the issue i was having as a new user. This app will definitely bring more sales by giving customers discounts especially with upcoming holidays.
