Perfect application for calculating commissions for each seller. The strong point is certainly the customer service which within a few hours, if not a few minutes, always manages to help us and find a solution to everything! Highly recommend!

A very attentive and very high level team. They are very applied in their work. I asked them to integrate an option to be able to publish the products of the other sellers in different sales channels, and they knew how to respond by programming the option in a short period of time. Its application works excellent. I recommend it 100%

This app is wonderful for a multi-vendor marketplace like mine. It is super user friendly, and the support staff are quick, friendly and helpful. I wish it was a bit cheaper since I have so many vendors but it is the only app currently available that can handle what I need. The vendors get real-time e-mails from sales, and can upload and track inventory at home themselves. Highly recommend!

Love the app and love the PuppetVendor team! They are always quick to respond if I have an issue and fix them so quickly! The app is super easy to use and its so nice letting my vendors manage all their own inventory! Highly recommend this app!

I really like this app. It makes my job a lot easier. It has a few little glitches here and there, but the customer service is top notch and always resolved very quickly. My vendors love the features and being able to be notified of sales in real time! Highly recommend.

I am not very good at technology and reading all of the instructions is like "greek" to me. Martin was so kind and patient. He chatted with me and sent me videos while walking me through all of my questions. It seemed so simple when he showed me. I cannot praise him enough for his kindness. I recommend this app if you have multiple vendors in your store. I could not find another app for Shopify that offered everything that I needed. Their customer service is stellar and second to none. Incredible app and team here at PuppetVendors. First off, the dashboards are so clean and easy to navigate for both Admin and Vendor. Customizations for your unique vendor portal are wonderful and the additional tools and settings really help make your use of the dashboard however you want. The team is also happy to help and very quick to respond. 12/10 would recommend!

Working with this team has been such a dream in comparison to others. They are quick to respond, help find solutions or bring up suggestions to their dev team to work on adding in. It's super easy to navigate for vendors too if you are wanting to have vendors able to manage their own stock. So many of our artisans have found it quick and easy to learn and I have yet to get any questions regarding navigation from any of them. Sending in suggestions is easy to do, and you can even get a look at what's already being worked on so you know if you even need to submit an idea or if it's already on the way. Even if some features you may want are currently missing, they are most likely on the way and the ease of use and quick help is way more than worth the wait for them. With lots of features that the team is currently working on adding the app is only going to get better and easier to use!

The app is simple to manage and the support is amazing. I recently needed a very important feature to help my cash flow and they promptly worked on a solution for me. In almost a year working with the app, I have always been supported and had the answers I needed. Really recommend it.

Amazing app! It is exactly what I need to calculate the percentages that I owe my artists. We print art and pay the artists a percentage per painting. This app makes it so simple to calculate the percentages and to calculate the payouts. When I have questions, the support is amazing. I use it a lot to see reports of what sold too. Its super helpful.

We are so thrilled we found the Puppet Vendors App. There was no other app on the market we could find that does everything that Puppet Vendors does. We needed something that would cater for a marketplace structure with multiple vendors. Puppet Vendors will help streamline notifying our Vendors when we receive an order through our online store whilst also managing the commission/payout process. There is so much else that this app offers. Martin is so helpful and really takes the time to explain the ins and outs of the app. He wants to make sure that the app is tailored to cover a range of different situations. We love that they are always trying to improve the app and are happy to customise features to suit individual business needs. We feel we hit the jackpot when we discovered this app!

We're still in the early stages of our e-commerce platform, so I can't give a detailed review of PuppetVendor yet. But so far, the app has been proving to be very helpful for us especially as a Marketplace. It helps us handle and manage the vendors we will have on our website and takes care of the systems (i.e. payouts) that would've been way more complicated had we done it manually.
