Joel and Martin from Puppet Vendors are very wonderful to work with. I have been working with them for over three years now and they never fail to provide excellent customer service and fair resolutions. They strive to make their customers happy and are good people with a good knowledge of a multi vendor platform. Having looked for many years, finding an inventory management system that provides access to multiple vendors, across various platforms is difficult. Puppet Vendors is a great tool to do this. Over time, they have worked hard to fix any bugs that have emerged and continue to work on further developing the app for new features. I recommend to anyone to use Puppet Vendors.

Our business works with artisans and small business owners who sell their products via consignment through our store. Currently, we only operate a physical retail store (webshop is down the line) and I was thrilled when I came across Puppet Vendors as it seemed to be a perfect solution to our "how do we manage consignment vendors with Shopify" problem. This app, while still new and working out a few minor glitches, is amazing. It works exactly how we need, our vendors are happy to be able to access their sales reports online, and I don't know how we ever functioned without it. Support (if you need it) is responsive and actually helpful. I repeat, ACTUALLY HELPFUL! This app was designed with an understanding of consignment needs and it shows. We are able to attribute custom sales to vendors on the back end, make payout adjustments, easily set up commission fee structures and do so many other things that save us so much staff time. FYI -we currently are only using the base product and that alone has made such a huge difference. We plan to add Payouts and Products soon once we have 100% vendor adoption in the vendor portal. If you can make the monthly investment, this app is well worth it.

The issue has been resolved. My experience with Puppet Vendor's multi-vendor marketplace service has been mixed. Initially, the platform was invaluable as we expanded our business and onboarded more vendors. It streamlined our operations, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. However, over the past three weeks, we have faced serious issues. The system has been running very slow, preventing our vendors from accessing the portal and severely hampering our ability to fulfill customer orders promptly. Despite ongoing communication with Puppet Vendor's support team, the problem remains unresolved. Consequently, we are now exploring alternative vendors. While Puppet Vendor has its strengths, any new potential customers should exercise caution, especially if scalability and reliability are critical to their business.

Really happy with this app. Customer service is really great. Any issue we have had has been resolved very quickly...often within minutes. It does what it is supposed to do and more. They are continually adding features that make ours and our vendors lives easier.

Perfect application for calculating commissions for each seller. The strong point is certainly the customer service which within a few hours, if not a few minutes, always manages to help us and find a solution to everything! Highly recommend!

This app is wonderful for a multi-vendor marketplace like mine. It is super user friendly, and the support staff are quick, friendly and helpful. I wish it was a bit cheaper since I have so many vendors but it is the only app currently available that can handle what I need. The vendors get real-time e-mails from sales, and can upload and track inventory at home themselves. Highly recommend!

I really like this app. It makes my job a lot easier. It has a few little glitches here and there, but the customer service is top notch and always resolved very quickly. My vendors love the features and being able to be notified of sales in real time! Highly recommend.

I am not very good at technology and reading all of the instructions is like "greek" to me. Martin was so kind and patient. He chatted with me and sent me videos while walking me through all of my questions. It seemed so simple when he showed me. I cannot praise him enough for his kindness. I recommend this app if you have multiple vendors in your store. I could not find another app for Shopify that offered everything that I needed. Their customer service is stellar and second to none. Working with this team has been such a dream in comparison to others. They are quick to respond, help find solutions or bring up suggestions to their dev team to work on adding in. It's super easy to navigate for vendors too if you are wanting to have vendors able to manage their own stock. So many of our artisans have found it quick and easy to learn and I have yet to get any questions regarding navigation from any of them. Sending in suggestions is easy to do, and you can even get a look at what's already being worked on so you know if you even need to submit an idea or if it's already on the way. Even if some features you may want are currently missing, they are most likely on the way and the ease of use and quick help is way more than worth the wait for them. With lots of features that the team is currently working on adding the app is only going to get better and easier to use!
