This is exactly what we needed to launch our marketplace at www.cocktaillife.co.uk . We can easily manage our vendors, vendors have a simple dashboard to use and it's simple to payout the money from sales! Martin has been an amazing support and is always on hand to help! Easy to use and quick customer support.
After assessing all multi-vendor marketplace apps available to enable that functionality on Shopify, I settled on using Puppet Vendors for my early-stage business purposes. The price is right to start with and will be quite reasonable as we grow, the built-in features are great, and there's a good deal of possibility for customizing the vendor experience. Perhaps most importantly, the team is committed to continually improving the app and are great with support requests. Thanks, Martin, for your help along the way.
I'm very happy with this software. I have a startup consignment shop and I am using this to track my customers inventory and the amount I owe each of them. It's an added bonus that they can log in and see what's sold, what items remain in the store, and details on what they're owed. I have around half of consignors sign up to see their online portal.
Great app so far. Still need to use it a bit more to get a real idea. However its been everything i've been looking for. Great support too! The app is very professional. You get a full on well built structure for your clients to manage their orders and products. The back end is great, from sending emails to clients to allowing them to register.. All good things honestly. Nothing to say so far.
Amazing app. So many features and relatively easy to use. The customer service is excellent. It's really hard to mess things up on this app.
Martin and the team from Puppet Vendors are absolutely amazing to deal with and very patient in helping a non techy person like myself get the best from their platform. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for their customer support and willingness to work in with me and my business needs. The system itself is also working well and constantly getting even better.
I recently switched to Puppet Vendors from another system. So far, I am LOVING this system. It is so much more "in-tune" with how the Shopify backend functions. Any feedback submitted has been greatly accepted by the Puppet Vendors teams, and support is top notch.

If you wan't to have several vendors on your store and have great overview on their commissions this is the perfect app for you. We use this app to pay out the artists on our store.
The support team is very helpful to resolve issues for us. When there is delay in fix, they refunded for the period. Martin is a very helpful making improvement of their app and system. He actively seek customer feedback for product improvement. Definitely recommend it.
Our business has several specificities. We are a private marketplace, whose sellers are individuals and not properly established commercial stores. The customization possibilities offered by Puppet Vendors have made this tool unique in the market and have been fundamental to our business model. Additionally, the quality of the level of support throughout the journey - setup, implementation and ongoing support - is excellent, which makes all the difference.
The most helpful customer support. Very timely. Martin especially has done a wonderful job. His team is constantly developing new features. The product itself is a masterpiece in the making. Don't be afraid to ask questions and really get to know the software. It is very powerful
Puppet Vendor has been a great transition for our store! Not only is it easy to setup but their customer service team is so helpful when you have questions. Understanding PayPal and Stripe's platforms are the most complicated part of the process but Puppet Vendor's platform makes it easy to integrate and payout our brand partners. We love that the brands can also have real time visibility into orders and inventory that consign with us.
initially we have some issues with the App. so i contact the support and they help us every way to fix the issues. overall support is excellent and i will recommend to go with email. overall good experience.
