Love the app and love the PuppetVendor team! They are always quick to respond if I have an issue and fix them so quickly! The app is super easy to use and its so nice letting my vendors manage all their own inventory! Highly recommend this app!

I really like this app. It makes my job a lot easier. It has a few little glitches here and there, but the customer service is top notch and always resolved very quickly. My vendors love the features and being able to be notified of sales in real time! Highly recommend.

I am not very good at technology and reading all of the instructions is like "greek" to me. Martin was so kind and patient. He chatted with me and sent me videos while walking me through all of my questions. It seemed so simple when he showed me. I cannot praise him enough for his kindness. I recommend this app if you have multiple vendors in your store. I could not find another app for Shopify that offered everything that I needed. Their customer service is stellar and second to none. Working with this team has been such a dream in comparison to others. They are quick to respond, help find solutions or bring up suggestions to their dev team to work on adding in. It's super easy to navigate for vendors too if you are wanting to have vendors able to manage their own stock. So many of our artisans have found it quick and easy to learn and I have yet to get any questions regarding navigation from any of them. Sending in suggestions is easy to do, and you can even get a look at what's already being worked on so you know if you even need to submit an idea or if it's already on the way. Even if some features you may want are currently missing, they are most likely on the way and the ease of use and quick help is way more than worth the wait for them. With lots of features that the team is currently working on adding the app is only going to get better and easier to use!

The app is simple to manage and the support is amazing. I recently needed a very important feature to help my cash flow and they promptly worked on a solution for me. In almost a year working with the app, I have always been supported and had the answers I needed. Really recommend it.

Amazing app! It is exactly what I need to calculate the percentages that I owe my artists. We print art and pay the artists a percentage per painting. This app makes it so simple to calculate the percentages and to calculate the payouts. When I have questions, the support is amazing. I use it a lot to see reports of what sold too. Its super helpful.

I've tested a few of these apps in the past and can safely say this app is the best and most affordable merchant portal app out at the moment on shopify. The great thing is the team are responsive and really do listen to the feedback we vendors offer. It seems they are constantly coming out with new features and improvements. Will be continuing my sub in future. Thanks

Customer service on point and always here to help. It' really helping me in saving time in term of communication with vendors and accuracy with their reports. Thanks to this apps it help me developing my e-commerce with new partners. Some option could be cheaper but they are happy to offer special packages, what else to say ?

Easy to set up and gets all the data I need to pay out my vendors. I look much more professional and save time - I used to just fill out a google spreadsheet. All of my orders didn't import at first but customer service (Martin) fixed that. Martin has been very responsive in answering all of my questions. I'm just hoping that continues beyond the free trial.

Puppet Vendors has been a great tool to help us grow our small business via including other company merchandise in our store for commissions. These commissions are easily paid out to the other companies thanks to this app. They are also very helpful with product integration. Would recommend to others!

This app has been super useful for us, it has pretty much everything we need for our sellers to track their sales and receive sale notifications and other features plus we've had great support from Kriang who has answered all of our questions. Brilliant app for anyone running a marketplace or needs to notify suppliers / sellers
