Customer service on point and always here to help. It' really helping me in saving time in term of communication with vendors and accuracy with their reports. Thanks to this apps it help me developing my e-commerce with new partners. Some option could be cheaper but they are happy to offer special packages, what else to say ?

Easy to set up and gets all the data I need to pay out my vendors. I look much more professional and save time - I used to just fill out a google spreadsheet. All of my orders didn't import at first but customer service (Martin) fixed that. Martin has been very responsive in answering all of my questions. I'm just hoping that continues beyond the free trial.

Puppet Vendors has been a great tool to help us grow our small business via including other company merchandise in our store for commissions. These commissions are easily paid out to the other companies thanks to this app. They are also very helpful with product integration. Would recommend to others!

This app has been super useful for us, it has pretty much everything we need for our sellers to track their sales and receive sale notifications and other features plus we've had great support from Kriang who has answered all of our questions. Brilliant app for anyone running a marketplace or needs to notify suppliers / sellers

I use Vendor Puppets to keep track of vendor sales on consignment and it is EVERYTHING you can ask for. Navigation is very easy and each page design is clear and user friendly. Kriang is such a kind and helpful person. He always addresses any questions or concerns that I have within 12 hours or less. I highly recommend this app if you're looking for something helpful, easy and worth it!

We've been using Puppet Vendors for a year and it's streamlined a lot of our reporting. Kriang is very open to improvements and updates - and works hard to incorporate constructive feedback to make the app work even better. It's been the best consignment software we've used so far and we are really pleased with it as a shop owner. Our vendors are extremely pleased as well. Update Jan 2025 - things are always improving with this app and they are so kind to listen and try and implement changes. Very grateful for the dedication they have to keeping the software always improving!

I picked PuppetVendors for its features and its value. just today the owner spent 45 minutes walking me through all the new features. Having such a personal touch of live interaction with the app developer is just the icing on an already good tasting cake. Very responsive to my needs and took my "wish list" to heart and I truly think a great app will be getting even better quickly and for that I could not be happier.

As a consignment store operating on a commission sales basis in a physical space and online, with 100 vendors to manage, we have quite a lot of admin. Tons of admin! Puppet Vendors has just saved me days of admin when I could be doing other work. It's easy to use, with instructional videos and tips. The best thing has been Kriang's online chatbox support. Extremely helpful and friendly. UPDATE - I have been using Puppet Vendors for 4 years now. I can't fault it in any way. It has a ton of features and is constantly evolving. The customer support is second to none. Any questions are answered quickly and accurately. Need a particular feature? Just ask. They have implemented a number of my special requests. I highly recommend this app for anyone with a multivendor or consignment store. Thanks Team!

We are working with many vendors on consignments and looked for a easy solution while giving the vendors the option of viewing their sales. Puppet Vendor is absolute excellent and stunning and the customer service the best I had so far. I suggest to show thumb mails of the vendors sales and the update this feature within a few days for free. If you are looking for a great and reasonable app which works and have a outstanding customer service this should be your choice. We have more than 10.000 articles from >20 vendors and this just works perfect ! A very happy customer ! Markus
