Excellent App to sort out large out of inventory issues and to sort inventory for customers, service team is very responsive to any issues that arise

Long time user of this app. Amazing customer service. Something that is so simple, but makes a world of difference when you have a large collection. Saves so much time manually sorting collections. They're always adding small, yet useful changes.

Using the app has positively helped my website. I resell luxury items so its usually a one and done. The app moves it to the bottom of the pages so when a customer visits my site they aren't bombarded with sold out items. It allows customers to see what I have sold previously.

1) Installed. 2) Configured and Switched on. 3) Was told by live chat to wait 5-10 minutes. 4) after an hour did not work. Was told it was my fault as something in my theme. My store is brand new out of the box by the way. 5) Asked chat to help me resolve. 6) Was passed over to Mete who was rude, obnoxious and flat out accused my of being some kind of rival that only came to leave a one star review. Well guess what Mete - you we're right about one part of that (clue: the other part was fantasy on your behalf). My business has been doing 7 figures for 14 years. Never have I experienced such an awful service. Okay the app did not work out of the box for whatever reason. What should have happened is: 1) An offer to go into our back end with collaborator code. 2) identified the issue and fixed, or explained to us how to fix. 3) The app would have then worked. 4) A happy paying customer for years to come! The mind boggles, it really does. How can you even be in business treating a paying customer like this? Cue Mete coming on here telling a pack of lies about how it was me that was rude etc
Dear Paul, I’m sorry, but having a seven-figure revenue does not justify using inappropriate language with our team. For us, all customers—whether paying or non-paying—are valued equally, and we strive to resolve every merchant's issues to the best of our ability. We have established runbooks with troubleshooting steps, but from the beginning, you threatened us with a one-star review and then used disrespectful language. As you know, we have the chat transcript documenting these exchanges. As we explained during the chat, we don’t insert any code into your theme; instead, we make changes directly on the Shopify admin’s collection page. If your theme or filtering app does not adhere to this setup, you will need to reach out to them. We followed the steps you referenced in your review. In any case, you can review our other feedback to see our consistent attitude towards merchants over the years. We wish you great sales, but we won’t tolerate any kind of abusive language.

The 'Push Down & Hide Out of Stock' app has been a game-changer for organizing my Shopify store. It automatically moves out-of-stock items to the bottom or hides them, making my store look much cleaner and more professional. It’s super easy to use and saves me a ton of time managing inventory. I can focus on what’s available instead of cluttering the page with products that aren't in stock. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a simple solution to keep their store organized!

The UI and app look good, and the features look good, but my experience was difficult. My store, maybe because of compatibility, had issues-not sure, but here's what happened. Okay, this was really bad; now I have to spend more money on my developer. This application broke my site on the first install. I installed, followed the onboard recommended steps, and bam, no more product page. And when I click on my product link, it goes back to my homepage now. I tried talking to Kubra and to Mete, and instead, each of them told me through an automation to play a game instead of helping me-3 times in a row, which was extremely frustrating for having my brand new site broken by a simple app installation. At least someone (Kubra I think) replied to me and explained that the app sometimes does this, and asked what I expected. I asked to get help, and they told me that an escalation would happen, but then someone came online telling me to CALM DOWN. This is not what I call customer service—battering your customers with game-playing automations and then telling them to CALM DOWN. At this point, I prefer getting help from respectful devs. I have no doubt the software is good, BUT BEWARE of customer service!! Here are some actual quotes I received from support: "CALM DOWN and help us OK??" along with "YOU CAN EITHER APPRECIATE OR STOP CONSUMING OUR TIME" Ashamed to see this on this ecosystem. If anyone is a shopify dev that can help with my broken page please email me at [email protected] im desperate at this point.

Push Down & Hide Out of Stock is a great app, especially during big sales, as it effectively manages inventory by automatically pushing down low-stock items, enhancing the shopping experience.

Wat een slechte app is dit. Er zit òf een bizarre vertraging in het laten zien ( en ja ik heb hem op 0 dagen gezet) òf hij toont al mijn producten niet meer. Zelfs na verwijderen van de app. Wat een slechte ervaring zeg

A very usefull app that we wouldn't be without. Makes for a far more enjoyable shopping experience for our customers which must result in more sales. Support is excellent, timely, and happy to help. They helped set our app just they way we wanted for a set and forget solution. Highly recommended!

this app exntesion break my product listing stock and delivery. i talk with support and i got many many message before getting replies or help but now after 12 message there is a bit of help, so be persicentence if you want help. issue not solved by there is some help from a kubra person. the first person in the chat never replied to my email since MONDAYT but kubra is replying fast but saying the fault is not on the app and that its impossible the fault is on the app. but i tell that the issue started at the exact moment i installled the app. be careful with this if you have product with shjpping. i think kubra is good and the app and the other person in chat is not so good.
Since you haven't activated any of the features on our application, it won't break anything. It's technically impossible. Let us know if you need further help so that we can help you which other app causing the issue on your end.

This app was easy to install and worked right away. All our out-of-stock products are pushed down and no longer convolute our collection pages. Additionally, I can sort our items from the PUBLISHED date, not just the created date as is the only option in Shopify. The support has been responsive and helpful whenever I have had a question. Thank you!
