The chat support were extremely helpful and helped me to improve the user experience on our website with bespoke changes. I would very much recommend using this app as it is more customisable than it appears and the team were very proficient in responding and getting the changes made.

I installed the app less than 24 hours ago and the increase in AOV (compared to customers' previous AOV history) has already covered the monthly cost of the app. I also asked for help twice during this time and was very satisfied with the quick response and resolution. I was tricked with it awesomeness to install this app, the features I wanted are not even available for a trial if you don't upgrade. Complicated to customize and also complicated to just enable on the Shopify editor, I don't need a day to just figure it, Support said we finished today we will email you tomorrow. I should have just hired a developper on Upwork it should've took me less time. And at least not tricked. Very frustrating.
