The app did exactly what it said it would do straight out of the box. Once we implemented, we asked for a few tweaks to the way products and pricing were displayed on our site; things outside of what we could control in the admin. The app devs were very responsive and quick to implement our requests. 10/10 - I would use them again!

I was trying to setup bogo offer on my shopify store and had some configuration issues with pop-up. Miley was very supportive and was able to quickly fix the code in the backend to enable pop-up. Post that we worked some customization to improve the visibility of BOGO offer and she was patient enough to explain and provide some snapshots to create a nice pop-up with offers. Thank you for the 5 star support!! Really appreciate it.

Really great app - I highly recommend using this instead of any "bundle" app! I tried so many different apps, for years and finally - this is the solution. I was frustrated that most apps create a new sku when offering a discount on a bundle of products.. Instead - UPSELLING is the way to go. This app is simple, easy to use, has a fair price, and fits with my branding perfectly. Using it for a variety of promos, and I'm happy to have so many opportunities to clearly share savings with customers now. Support is always quick & helpful, they even added a few custom tweaks for me!

I won't use this app anymore. I recently discovered a pricing discrepancy on your platform. The price changed from 19.9 to 9.9, but I still have to pay the original 19.9 amount. I discovered this price change myself and your team did not inform me. I reached out to your support team to request a refund for the difference, but the response I received indicated that the case had been reported to a higher department for a thorough review. However, several days have passed without any resolution, which makes me feel that my case is not being prioritized. I believe in the importance of honesty and transparency, especially in matters involving customer charges.

Regarding the charge for the new pricing plan, please let us clarify it a bit: If the new pricing plan is applied, you might need to subscribe to the new paid plan in order to apply the new charge. When you contact our team about the pricing, our support team needs to consult your case with a higher department in order to send you a refund. We also refunded and responded to you within one day after receiving your report. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any confusion caused. We seek your understanding.

This is a great app when you want to let customers choose their free gift or recommend bundle products. The design is clean and easy to use. What’s more important is that they respond to feedback and questions incredibly quickly (I honestly thought they were awake 24/7), which makes me optimistic about the future of this app. There are still some features I would like them to add, but I already think it’s a great app.
