P: Quantity Breaks & Bundles

After trying out another app that did not offer the features I desired, I came across 'Omega Discount Quantity Breaks.' Since I use another app for personalization in my online store, the discount sometimes wasn't displaying correctly in the cart. I am absolutely impressed with the customer support of the app, even though I was still in the free trial phase. They always responded very quickly and kindly, and were able to fix the error with the development team. Incredible service, beyond of what I expected. I highly recommend the app.

Sehr gute App. Erstklassig! ******* Very good app. - Functional and clearly laid out. The best thing about it is the service. We had a small problem with the calculation of quantity discounts. The Omega service helped us via chat within just 12 hours! First class!

We wanted to use the app to pre-populate the quantity field of certain products with a minimum quantity. A little customisation was required, and customer support was super-quick and friendly in implementing exactly what we wanted. Very pleased!

Excellent! My stores needs are a little bit different as we sell in large bulk so the features on this app worked great. Any issues or interference from other apps installed are quickly fixed by the support team. No complaints - would recommend!

Very good app and service all round, well happy. Responsive, recommend 100%. I will be happy to use more of their apps.

I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to add quantity discounts to their products. Their team has been incredibly responsive in helping us get up and running under a tight timeline, and everyone I've spoken to has provided nothing but the best customer service. Super impressed!

So impressed. The most impressed with the responsive nature of everyone I've worked with. Diego, the development team and most especially Joyce. The app functions well - it is easy to use. I have had some questions about how to do something that maybe wasn't "out of the box" and the team has been amazing with my requests for a little visual tweak here or there. You just won't be disappointed if you need a quantity break app - the app, the people behind it are all top notch.

This software is very easy to use, they have a strong service team, very professional and trustworthy

This app helped our business a lot by increasing our AOV. The support is amazing and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

It was such a struggle to find an app that could manage the promotion I wanted to create and I know I'll want to create in the future. This is the one! I had a few questions (quite a few) and needed some help and the response time was almost immediate and my questions were very quickly answered and problems resolved. Amazing service. One issue couldn't be resolved and as it was over the weekend I was promised they would come back to me on Monday......not only did they follow up on Monday, the issue was very quickly resolved. Best service I have ever received for an app.

App does exactly what we need and very straightforward. I even had a couple of formatting requests and their team was super responsive and added some custom code for me within an hour of me asking. Thank you!

We are a large trophies and awards store that needs different quantity break pricing and quantity thresholds based on both percent and dollar amounts for a huge inventory list. This app does exactly what we need. It was easy to setup and use. Support even helped me customize the look of the table display to my exact needs.

Super! I loved the app and the support is exclusive! I recomend Tracy on the support and would suggest that you give her a raise!

Support is very kind and quick. Some problem with the settings page, but they fixed this in no time. Not only the support is great, the app works as expected. I recommend this app if you searching for Discount and Quantity.

Really very useful and easy to use app. Super technical support: always ready to solve any problem, fast and efficient
