App went offline for some hours. Upselling bonus stopped working during this period - the effect on sales you can imagine. An effect on customer trust as well as the announcement of the bonus still was displayed. The app seems to have problems in its general set up.

We ran our largest newsletter of the year and the app stopped showing the discount when we ran over a limit we didn't know existed. We found out 4 hours later and this awful app ended up costing us thousands of dollars in lost sales we can't get back. Do NOT use this app or you will get screwed too!
Dear our valued customer, I’m truly sorry for the disruption during your newsletter campaign and understand how frustrating and costly that was. The discount stopped showing because the free plan’s usage limit was exceeded, which paused the feature. Regarding the notifications: our usage alerts didn’t reach you because the email on your account was unsubscribed from our messages. We should have ensured critical service emails (like quota warnings) are delivered even if marketing emails are unsubscribed, and we’re improving this now so important notices aren’t missed. App doesn't work at all and theres no support. There are lots of better alternative apps. Was a waste of time to install and set up.

I don't like the app, you have to be able to manually set up css, otherwise is a mess. I like apps that have a kind of automatic and quick set up, this is not one of those
