We're a B2B business and this app has been essential for our wholesale pricing. The support team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond. Cam from support has been fantastic - always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with any questions we've had. When we needed a custom interface for our bulk ordering experience, we sent them a mockup and the dev team built the entire thing in just a few days. When I asked about automating offer creation, Nova (the owner) personally reached out to chat about it. Having the owner that involved really shows they care. The app works great, no issues, and setup was straightforward. If you're running B2B or need custom features beyond what's standard, this team will work with you. Highly recommend

App went offline for some hours. Upselling bonus stopped working during this period - the effect on sales you can imagine. An effect on customer trust as well as the announcement of the bonus still was displayed. The app seems to have problems in its general set up. Update: Technical reaction of app provider immediate. Acc. to them issue was most likely caused by temporary connectivity delays between their server and our location, which could result in the app taking longer to load or briefly appearing unavailable. They said to now have optimized their infrastructure and routing to improve stability and loading speed, so this situation should not happen again. Reaction: From 1 to 3 stars due to immediate reaction. If app and discounts now work properly upgrade back to 5 stars will follow. Update 2: All running smoothly now. Reaction: Upgrade from 3 to 5 stars, as chat and dev team obviously did a good job. Will keep the app and embed it deeper by implementing further discounts. Problems are there for being solved.
