The support team is very responsive. My store has a lot of variants and a lot of the volume discount apps I tried would not update the price for different variants. I finally found this one that works well and it's easy to navigate.

I genuinely never leave reviews for things, but the customer service that I received was too good to not! Even though I installed everything, and embedded the app into my product page etc., the minimum/maximum order quantity wasn’t showing on my product page (Limit Purchase). I got in touch with the team via live chat, and spoke with Vincent. Vincent was so helpful and polite, and even attempted to fix this issue on my account with admin rights, but needed to pass this onto the dev team as the app wasn’t showing up due to my theme (Sense). Then I got passed to Joy from the dev team who sorted this for me so quickly and seamlessly, and sent the nicest message. Now I am all up and running just how I wanted! Was just so happy with the customer service overall! Great team.
The app does exactly what it says and is extremely useful for managing Quantity Discounts. I had a few questions regarding the CSS style, and Lynn from the support team solved my issues almost immediately. I'm glad that I found this app!

The app is working just like I want it to, and for a much lower price that what other app doing the same demands. The app works great for quantity break discounts. I tried several different apps and this was the best option. I had an issue with the discounted price rounding incorrectly and the team fixed the problem quickly. Very pleased!

After trying out another app that did not offer the features I desired, I came across 'Omega Discount Quantity Breaks.' Since I use another app for personalization in my online store, the discount sometimes wasn't displaying correctly in the cart. I am absolutely impressed with the customer support of the app, even though I was still in the free trial phase. They always responded very quickly and kindly, and were able to fix the error with the development team. Incredible service, beyond of what I expected. I highly recommend the app.
