Huge time saver. It has worked really well for our company. We've been using it for 5 years, and we had one snafu right at the beginning of Covid where it didn't add our orders for a month. That was a hassle to figure out, but otherwise it has been a great tool for automatically adding our orders from Shopify to Quickbooks.

The app has historically worked well for us. There have been a few hiccups here and there, but the support team has been able to iron out the wrinkles. The app does a good job for the price.

This app works really well for us. It saves us tons of data entry time. We don't sync inventory, just orders. Occasionally it has errors, but usually it's because a tax category wasn't pre-configured.

We've had this app installed for a couple of years based on the recommendation of our bookkeeper. It lessens the load for her, so I said 'yes'. I'm mainly giving it 5 stars because I have not ever had to touch it. Guess that's a sign of a good app.

I used this app for many years and was a happy customer. But recently they did a "upgrade" and it no longer performs properly. Tech support is very limited - difficult to get anyone on the phone, and when you do they are inexperienced and have to escalate to the next level. Still waiting for an answer. So in the meantime I am looking for alternatives. If you have products from multiple vendors and need them to go to specific line items instead of ALL into ONE line item, DO NOT USE THIS APP.
I can not get QuickBooks to link with anything. It's near impossible to use. But it might be easier if this app actually worked.
If I could vote 0 stars.. I WOULD. For lack of a better word, this app SUCKS. It's the slowest things since dial-up and when you try to re-map or make a change with the sync, half the time it doesn't even load. I've been literally trying to switch a SKU mapping for two items. A SIMPLE AND QUICK TASK, and it has taken 3 days since the mapping won't load. And when it finally does, when you hit "edit" to change it, NOTHING HAPPENS. What a piece.
App does not work! It used to work then suddenly stopped. Recommend to stay away unless you want yore business mess-up.
First off, this app worked fine to start with and then suddenly stopped working. My bookkeeper didn't notify me right away so I was paying for months and was not getting the service. The problem - suddenly for some unknown reason one of the CRA tabs for taxes wasn't correct so instead of notifying me that it was no longer syncing with QB, they just kept charging me? Why on earth would you have an app that works and then stops and keep charging me?
One star, because zero is not an option. The purpose of this app to is to record your Shopify transactions in Quickbooks for your bookkeeping. The part where this app fails is that is posts your sales tax incorrectly on every order. Therefore, it does not fulfill it's purpose. It wasn't always like this. It was great until Oct 2020, when the sales tax stopped working correctly. Support doesn't care and does not answer when I ask if they have an intention of correcting this. Highly recommend the "QuickBooks Connector" by Intuit app which does a much better job, is accurate, and FREE with you QB subscription.
This app failed to sync my sales with QuickBooks properly for a year, leading to inaccurate VAT reporting and thus an unexpected £4k tax bill, all of which I paid for the privilege of having! Until then, was perfectly happy with this software but this change - which was never indicated nor is there a way to fix/change it - has made this a useless boondoggle.
This developer has dropped support for Apple Safari. It will no longer sync with my Quickbooks Online on my Mac. Their only solution was to use Google Chrome, which is not an option for me, and honestly... it is a very lazy workaround. I have switched to the FREE plug in offered by Intuit (OneSaas). It is working better and... well, it is FREE.
We were having some issues with exporting. I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic to work with. I worked with Nick, and he took care of us. Glad to know that there is a solid team able to help when needed. Thanks!
I have tried to use this app for about 2 years and we have had nothing but issues with our Shopify orders importing to Quickbooks Online. If a discount is applied to an order, it will not import correctly. It does not import sales tax correctly, so we have to go through each order manually and make adjustments. Each time a customer places an order, a new customer is created in Quickbooks instead of adding to existing customer. I tried numerous times to get support, but I was notified there were no solutions. I do not recommend using this app. You will have more of a headache than manually exporting your orders.

UK users beware. This app does not handle VAT on shipping correctly after changes last year. Bold are aware of the problem but seem unable to fix it in time to help us. We now have to manually edit hundreds of transactions to change the shipping VAT from Zero rated to 20%. Update: It seems Shopify updated the way it handles VAT sometime last year and unticking the "Charge tax on this variant" means the shipping is Zero rated as well unless another standard rate product is also in the basket. The solution is to create a collection manually containing all zero rated products, and create a "Product override" in Tax settings for your zero rated collection at Zero% and then tick "Charge tax on this variant" for all products. The app has functioned extremely well for us up to this point, but Bold did not help us sort this problem just saying " our devs are aware of this issue but there is no ETA as to when a fix might be implemented as this would require a major overhaul to our app's core code. Your sales receipts are going to have to be manually adjusted until a fix is released I'm afraid." This indicates that they don't understand that the problem has to be corrected in your Shopify Tax settings and not in their code and lead us to go backwards and forwards not knowing what was to blame. We still have many transactions to edit in Quickbooks, but going forward the imports will be correct.

Everyone acknowledges that this app has its flaws, but as far as price and capabilities I would say it's the best app for integrating Shopify & QuickBooks. Every time I have an issue, all I have to do is reach out to customer support, and they are quick to help with/escalate the issue. Deelen was able to work through some issues with me this past week that will be saving me SO MUCH time going forward!

Hazma has been extremely helpful. I had numerous problems with tax assignments for shipping out of state. All of these issues are now resolved, sales are exporting to QB and I am no longer receiving error messages.
