10/10 Customer Service! I messaged them at 8 pm on a Saturday night and they were able to help me solve the problem immediately. Joseph was fantastic, so professional, so helpful and quickly answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

This app is continously destroying our business, in the most crucial moments it stops to work and we need to wait assistance for hours and sometimes days while our webshop is being destroyed.

Great experience so far. Initial set up and product sync was very smooth. And the live chat agent was super helpful in answering my questions, making adjustments, checking status, and helping me customize my settings. So far, I much prefer it to my CED Integration app I had been using the last few years (which I had to manually push each time I added new products, and that was very time consuming and slow)—whereas QuickSync is doing all that automatically, set it and forget it! whew! Wish I had made the switch to QS sooner.

Joseph from customer support was beyond awesome - jumped right in and started helping and didn't ask for bunch of info or even give me a hard sell - just jumped in and got it working. Amazing! He got the first sync completed and he will help with the rest when I'm ready. Kind of blown away how helpful and easy he made it.
