Joseph was super helpful and clear! I didnt hardly have to lift a finger! I'm excited to try out this app and it helps a ton having Joseph help me right away!

At first, I felt a bit overwhelmed after the installation, so I really appreciated that Joseph offered his help in the chat. Since I’m usually quite skeptical about support chats and often find them unhelpful, it was very refreshing to realize that this was not a bot but a real person. The setup went smoothly and quickly, and now I’m curious to see how well the product will support my use case over the next few weeks1

My items were not syncing properly, and just win I was beginning to get frustrated Joseph jumped on line and immediately went to work to solve my problem. He fixed my issues on his end quickly and everything synced successfully. He made the process smooth and provided excellent customer service!

it was very helpful to link teh store inventory of my shopify store and my etsy stores together. The customer service chat box and customer service agents were always very helpful and answered questions right away.

Excellent service. Support via chat is fast and actually helpful — no copy-paste answers. Issues are handled immediately. I was in contact with Joseph and Jaser: both were professional, friendly, and very clear in their communication. Overall, a reliable integration with genuinely good support.

I started a chat after downloading the QS app for Shopify, and when I saw that the fetch process started automatically, I was a bit concerned, because I wanted to sync only certain collections. So, I went to the chat session, and I was answered immediately by Joseph. Joseph explained that "Fetching" is different than syncing. He took over the process for me, and explained everything in great details, explaining that once the fetch was done, we would then choose the specific collection or products. When I saw the fetch was completed, I asked if I could go ahead and change the option to synch only specific collections, and he asked me for the collection name so that he could just do it for me. I've never had such fast, efficient and quick support from an app vendor from Shopify. I'm already a big fan of Joseph and QS, thank you Joseph for making this a very enjoyable experience!!!
