Etsy Integration by QuickSync

Joseph was supporting me at the very first time. I installed it not long time ago so i will see how the app works. But the support already works quite good.

Joseph was incredibly helpful and understanding of my issues. He was friendly, and quick to respond and resolve my issues. Overall the service is excellent and the support people like Joseph are amazing.

Smooth and easy process; and Joseph was great. Very personable and friendly. *However* ... I'm extremely concerned about a development that occurred (post-syncing my Shopify and Etsy stores) that I'm hoping will be fixed within the next few hours. Every single one of our product images (over 200 photos) created on a transparent background in Shopify transferred over to Etsy with a solid black background. It's a complete mess. I've had to place my Etsy shop into Vacation mode until it's fixed. Joseph has indicated he will look into a fix for the problem and reach out to us imminently. I look forward to getting this resolved and will adjust my review once the situation is fixed.

Joseph was of immense support to me. I was so frustrated because items were not syncing in correctly. He reached out to ask if i needed any help, and he was very helpful in deed. the next day things started to work just fine. He was very professional,. I honestly recommend this app for your shopify integrations.
