That was the fastest and easiest tech support session in the history of tech support. Joseph synced our entire shopify store and got all our listings, with variants, live in etsy in under 10 minutes. Top marks.

I was having issues syncing around a thousand products I logged on to get some help Joseph logged on and synced everything for me and changed my settings so that future products would automatically sync to Etsy as a draft, saving me time in the future. I really appreciate his help.

Omar was really helpful and help migrate my products to Etsy. It's nice to be able to speak with real and helpful humans right away and not be stuck speaking with an AI chat. Would recommend!

great customer service although I do with that they had some backup in case you accidently use the wrong store as the master store. word of advice do not use the wrong store as the master store and back up your products on a csv file before you sync. but great app. very efficient
