If I could I will put 0 star. As shit as possible. Nothing working properly. When I found the mistake answer was always the same: 'I need to raise a ticket to developers'. Just waist of time!!!! AVOID!!!

Their live-chat reply rate is beyond diabolical. I don't get companies charging customers yet not hiring enough reps on their live-chat. Its been horrendous and you can't even blame the person on the chat as they are one person spread between so many other customers. Already regretting installing them. DIABOLICAL.

BUYER BEWARE! This has been a nightmare. Listing Titles, Descriptions (Bullet Points) and Images all needed repair. Your so-called “Fetching” erased a significant portion of my 7 year old Shopify SKUs. It will take weeks to repair. I didn’t think it possible for QuickSync to destroy BOTH my Etsy Store and my Shopify Store. Your “Order Syncing” is nonexistent without contact information, billing and shipping addresses. A non-starter. One Customer Service Rep was so rude and unhelpful, he would not last a day in my employ. (I think you can figure out who this is by reading the entirety of the 5 day thread of issues). QuickSync’s performance would be laughable if it weren’t so sad. I will reach out to Shopify to let them know my experience.

This app duplicated HUNDREDS of Etsy listings from my Shopify store, auto put them as active, and cost me so much in listing fees. 0/10 this app shouldn't be allowed on the Shopify app store

This app is supposed to link your etsy to shopify for fulfillment and you cannot fulfill your orders on shopify with it. I just spent an entire week transferring over 400+ products using the app just to find out it can't transfer shipping information to shopify. Which means it does not allow you to fulfill the etsy orders once they roll through. I am wildly disappointed and frustrated. I will be removing it from my shop and finding something that actually works.

Shame on you. Not only are you reverse syncing without my permission, your support staff refuse to escalate this to the developer. I have lost thousands or dollars with you not being able to sync. You will be hearing from our attorney. This is a horrible app and will cost you a lot of revenue in the long term if you have issues.

Horrid app started cancelling historic orders from over a year ago and then creating mirror orders with brand new order numbers. Nightmare as the help desk are pretty useless and keep passing it on to dev, who you never get feedback from. They don't have a clue tech wise. The devs answer seemed to be just to cancel the phantom orders leaving me with no accurate back data. Tax and HMRC hell. I wouldn't go near these guys if I were you. App is a little buggy but works sometimes. No sure the inventory sync works either.

Integration was easy, albeit a bit slow. Khaled stuck around and helped through the whole process and answered my questions clearly/quickly. **UPDATE** Inventory syncing only worked one way. Editing Shopify inventory will change Etsy stock levels but Etsy sales weren't being reflected on Shopify. Etsy then read positive inventory for items that were actually sold out and then autorelisted, charging additional listing fees. Contact Customer Service and Omar was incredibly unhelpful. Had to repeat myself multiple times and still got no solutions. I will be uninstalling and seeking a new solution.

** ATTENTION!!!** Be very careful with this app, especially if you manage a large number of products. It syncs your shop, but product variants will be delivered without their pictures, which you’ll have to manually fix yourself. Navigation is confusing—my entire Etsy shop (580 listings, 3200 products) was imported into Shopify, and now I have to manually assign categories for every single product. The worst part: this app completely messed up my inventory on Etsy. It changed product quantities,for example: where I had 33 pieces total, it now shows 33 pieces **for each color**! After hours of discussions and promises from support (Omar, Khaled, Jayson) to fix or at least provide a backup, **nothing** was done. Finally I got answer from them: unfortunately there is nothing to change. Now I’m facing a week of manually fixing everything myself. Absolutely horrible experience, and I’ve never dealt with anything this bad. Avoid at all costs!

This app will allow customers on Etsy to purchase products that are out of stock at the sync'ed Shopify location. This has happened several times over the year with multiple attempts to get this resolved with the customer service team. They are well aware of this issue and simply re-sync the inventory as a temporary fix. This however just causes more problems and results in customers not coming back. I have incurred several unfortunate experiences with this app including losing my stores star seller rating due to the customers leaving negative reviews on the out of stock items, customer cancellations of orders, spent time having to manually update the inventory on Etsy to match what is have in stock on Shopify, and lost hours having to even recount inventory in my warehouse because the app integration will add stock sometimes instead of syncing properly to the location selected. It's a shame that I have communicated with their customer service team 6+ times, have well over 40+ screen shots of the errors through out the year, and still nothing has been done. I would not suggest anyone use this app unless you utilize a single location, but even then who knows.

Update: This app updates quantities wrong and marks products that are in stock as sold out. I've tried correcting quantities manually to fix the errors but then it happens again with other products. It seams when a product sells on Etsy it gets marked as sold out instead of updating with the correct inventory count.

After 5 months using this app, this app has created more problems than solving the issue to the extend affecting our sales on Etsy. Here are list of problems we have faced, everytime we reach for support - we get instead support however we run into multiple side effects which are discovered later. 1. Alt text of image not syncing 2. Variant images are not associated (learned hard way when our sales went down) 3. New listing overwrote existing listing when both has different SKU 4. Order syncing now takes 1 hours from Etsy to Shopify 5. Video is not synced - support told this feature is not supported.

**EDIT** Please take this as a warning, after leaving this review, this company and its staff have proceeded to harass me and try to bribe me to remove my review. They have been trying to contact me DAILY through my websites chat feature (meant for customers) and have also been emailing me telling me that they are a new hire and live in Egypt and they will get fired( Apparently the staff member is still on probation) of my review. Even if this was true its completely inappropriate and unprofessional, and doing 2 minutes of research showed me that Joseph has been with the company for over a year and is not a new hire full stop. Please be wary of all of the fake sounding good reviews on this app, as I now believe them to all be fake, as if they are trying to bribe me to remove my review, no doubts they have done it to many others.*** Really not a great app, I had high hopes for this but sadly I have had numerous issues. My products seemingly all synced up fine for a while until I started getting orders where I didn't have any stock left. I checked on the app and basically whenever anyone places an order off either my Etsy or my Shopify, the items that they ordered would be 'un-synced' and I would have to manually update the inventory and then re-sync the products every time. I did contact the support on numerous occasions, and despite them being lovely and quite happy to help, my issue has never been resolved and its been nearly a month now. I am coming to the end of the free trial they offer but I will be cancelling before any payment comes out as sadly as it stands, the app is useless as I am having to manually update my stock still. I will also note that I've been having issues with items being 'deactivated' on my Etsy when they haven't sold out since installing this app too. I cant say for certain that this app is the cause but it started happening around the same time I downloaded this + other reviewers are also stating the same issues.

Its been 2 days and my product are still not completely synchronized and imported in Etsy. Everything you want to do has to be done with customer service. I am very unhappy with this app and service, as they told me three times already that the products are synchronized. And I have been asked for a review before the export process has been done. fyi

I've given this app way too many chances. I have linked it to my Etsy store and it de-activates my Etsy listings. Then I have to divide the quantities of stock between the stores manually. 200+ of my listings are de-activated as of now despite listings sharing identical SKU's. The amount of sales and fees this app has cost me is in the hundreds. I have customers constantly asking me when items will be back in stock because of this de-activation by this ridiculous app. It was only good for the first few months then they did something to ruin the app. I'm so very angry and upset by the work load and money this app has cost me. Don't waste your money or time on this.

It has been seemingly randomly adding products into our inventory? We haven't made any Etsy sales so I uninstalled it today, but we kept overselling products and every time I looked at adjustment history, the adjustment came from this app.
