Etsy Integration by QuickSync

struggle to sync. chat was helpful

Great app overall! We weren't sure what to expect when connecting our store to the Etsy marketplace, as technology and connecting things on a big scale can be prone to problems with the on-set, but once things got up and running, it has been very helpful in not having to manually keep track of inventory on both shops. We did run into some glitches at first when it came to getting inventory to sync correctly, as we weren't doing a full 1-to-1 match from our Shopify to Etsy store, but only select products. However, the customer service team overall was fantastic through the process. Joseph helped answer a few questions at the on-set when we first installed, and the majority of the help I later received when going through the bigger issues was from Thea (thank you both very much for helping us fix the initial problems and getting us off the ground). I would say 5 stars for customer service, but can't quite give 5-stars for the app though because I do notice some odd inventory quantity glitches that happen here and there when manually updating from the Etsy side, so unfortunately I need to pay attention to that here and there. I also wish we didn't have to re-sync products that sell out on Etsy, and then replenish, but I do understand that some automatic functionalities might be limited due to shop platform functionalities. That being said, a pretty solid solution for what we're doing at the moment. Thanks for the help, team!

This app has been pretty helpful, though I still run into some issues here and there. I am learning that some are user error, but I wish that it was easier to make quick updates and I didn't have to bother someone to help me every time I need to sync new products. I am very happy with the service I have received though, my account rep is very kind and helpful. She is always very quick to respond, I just hate that I have to bother her so frequently!

Omar was efficient in the first half of the syncing process. I was requested to review his work in between the syncing and in good faith I did but later on when the syncing didn't go well - the inventory projection was wrong. I had to chase Omar over multiple emails. On the hand 1.5 days later, a consultant name Thea joined the chat box and she was great. Even if the issue still need time to be resolved but she helped me a lot with identifying some important settings. At least I am aware of what wasn't working in the first place. Additionally, she was online with me for hours to help..

Everyone is very helpful, but I am limited with the app as I have attempted three times two get Printful listing integrated. With in houses listings its great, but Printful, not so much.

I did encounter some issues with the app, and it took a while plus 3 customer service reps to solve the issue for me hence deducting one star. There are still some technical limitations, so expect some manual work. But being able to live chat and quickly get support is nice.

The customer service is the best part of the app. However, the app itself seems to take a really long time to sync even just one product. The 4 stars are for the agent's willingness to help and responsiveness. Omar was very kind and patient. I really was hoping this would be a solution for us but we have so many products that it wouldn't be feasible to use this on a daily basis due to the sync speed.

Installed this app to sync products from Etsy. Would like to see them add a feature to reset the QuickSync database.

It worked well for what I needed.

Very easy integration of products from my Etsy shop into Shopify, and Omar in customer service was lovely and helpful. My only issue was with a few product listings which for some reason kept inactivating on Etsy. I haven’t figured out what’s causing this so I manually solved.

No doubt the app is great after integrating with Etsy straight away we saw the increase in our sale. There were few hick ups along the away but were quickly resolved by the customer care team. still testing. .. A quick suggestion allow the order and product sync into the lite plan as well you guys can limit the number products that can be sync. This will allow user to use the full features of the platform and test their needs. only that reason giving 4 stars. else 5 stars all the way.

I ONLY GIVE 4 STAR BEACOUSE THE APP WAS NOT THE THING I WAS WAITING FOR AND ALSO THE ESTY IS DIFICULT. BUT mR jOSEPH WAS ASOME VERY NYCE ONE AND TRY DO HELP ME AS HE CAN. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I just started working with them but Omar was very quick to step in and assist me in syncing my products from Shopify. He was responsive and very helpful!

Support on this app is great, they were right there to answer any questions I had. The app just doesn't do what I need it to do. I have some made to order items that may show out of stock in Shopify, but I still want to push those listings to Etsy, and it won't do that with 0 in inventory currently. If you don't do made to order items and always keep an inventory, then this app is for you!
