I had such a wonderful experience with syncing my Shopify store with my Etsy shop thanks to the help of my customer service representative Joseph. I was worried I would need hours to get this done but he got it done within minutes. He was such a great help and I am so very grateful. I would recommend this app 10/10!

Josephy was GREAT! He answered all of my questions, was quick with answers, sent me helpful videos, AND set up everything for me! I would definitely recommend!

This app is such a MAJOR time saver!!! I wish I had this a few years ago when I was trying to manage a Shopify site and Etsy. It is so much easier now!!! I synced all of my products in a matter of minutes and this would have taken me days!! Customer service is also top notch with any questions you may have.

I was having issues getting my Shopify products over to Etsy. Omar reached out to me and asked if he could help, within a few minutes he already had some starting to show up on my account. He was very friendly and helpful and let me know step by step of everything that was happening. He deserves more than a 5 start rating, but only lets me give 5.

This app allowed me to move my shopify website over to Etsy seamlessly. Joseph Morris in Support was there with me every step of the way. He continued to check on me over several hours as i was pulled away from my computer repeatedly during the process. I have been wanting to have an etsy store and this made it very easy to set up with Joseph's help.

Joseph, is a wonderful addition to your team, super helpful, knowledgeable, and knew my needs better than I did. He helped me import all my products into my shopify account with ease and also gave me some tips on how to improve my customer traffic to my shop. Would give him 10 stars if I could! Jenn M.

I appreciated Joseph taking the time to assist me with the initial syncing of all my products. He also took the time to answer my questions, help me out, and provide the additional documents to assist me on future syncs. He was very efficient and helped me resolve my issue quickly, and made the process much easier to complete.

Great option if you are running a small business from both Shopify and Etsy. Plus the online chat is amazing. Omar helped me in the chat and took care of my question and concern. highly recommend!

Their live-chat reply rate is beyond diabolical. I don't get companies charging customers yet not hiring enough reps on their live-chat. Its been horrendous and you can't even blame the person on the chat as they are one person spread between so many other customers. Already regretting installing them. DIABOLICAL.

Just installed the app, and Joseph has been absolutely phenomenal helping me set everything up. Very personable and customer service top notch. Will update once the store is setup and products are synced. So far it has been amazing and highly recommend
