Joseph & Elhassan helped me sync my etsy and shopify stores. They were very patient and made sure all of my questions were answered and the process/sync was completed correctly. They made this process go very smoothly. Thank you.

I am pleasantly surprised at how easy the transition has been. JOSEPH was an amazing help and answered all my questions and got everything up and running smoothly for me. I couldn't have done this without his help! Off to start selling on Etsy now! Thank you Joseph!

Horrid app started cancelling historic orders from over a year ago and then creating mirror orders with brand new order numbers. Nightmare as the help desk are pretty useless and keep passing it on to dev, who you never get feedback from. They don't have a clue tech wise. The devs answer seemed to be just to cancel the phantom orders leaving me with no accurate back data. Tax and HMRC hell. I wouldn't go near these guys if I were you. App is a little buggy but works sometimes. No sure the inventory sync works either.

This is my second time receiving proactive help from the team with this AP. I have a lot to learn on how best to use the ap, but the service is always really good and the reps are so helpful! Today I received help from Omar and he was very quick, kind, and helpful. 5 stars! This ap seems to work much better than others I have tried, and you can not beat the customer service.

I haven't really used the app enough to give it an accurate evaluation, but the app customer assistant, "Omar" has been very helpful in assisting me through the process. The only downside I see at this point is that I use my own domain name on my shopify store and the app is setup to link to a domain ending with .myshopify.com. This caused me problems which Omar assisted me with rectifying.

Very Quick and Easy app to use and had a great customer service with Khaled and Omar in there customer service team. They are very responsive, helpful, and patient with their customers.

Omar Ahmed was amazingly helpful. He helped me to seamlessly migrate my Etsy store onto Shopify. He was right there to answer my queries and I was very impressed with the service provided by this app through him.... Highly recommended! Thankyou so much Omar!

Joseph was super helpful! I was having some issues syncing the products and he immediately jumped in and saved the day. Within minutes all my products were synced and ready to go.
