Joseph was amazing with synchronizing my brand new Etsy store and was not just helpful but fin to talk to! Noticed everything is now beautifully integrated between Shopify and Etsy! Thank you Joseph, you are the best!

The sales representative was outstanding. I paid for the subscription, but none of my products showed up initially. She quickly signed in and offered to sync my products, which was very helpful. As a small business owner, I don’t have time to be tech support, and I’m not very tech-savvy. I was ready to cancel my subscription if it weren’t for her assistance. Thanks so much for saving the day!

Omar has been super helpfull and has a super quick reaction time. Makes it very easy to start the onboarding on Etsy.

Wasn't sure at first if this was going to be easy but Joseph actually set it all up for me in about 5 minutes. Very cool. Would recommend.

If I could I will put 0 star. As shit as possible. Nothing working properly. When I found the mistake answer was always the same: 'I need to raise a ticket to developers'. Just waist of time!!!! AVOID!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing support I received today from Joseph. He went above and beyond to help me set up my Etsy store and made the entire process so much easier. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and their patience and knowledge really gave me confidence as a new seller. Thanks to his guidance, I feel fully prepared to run my shop successfully. Truly outstanding service.

I haven't finished syncing so I don't know that the app works yet. Joseph was helpful. I didn't have any particular issues that I ran into, but he highlighted a minor settings detail and assured me I wasn't missing anything as I went through the process.
