BUYER BEWARE! This has been a nightmare. Listing Titles, Descriptions (Bullet Points) and Images all needed repair. Your so-called “Fetching” erased a significant portion of my 7 year old Shopify SKUs. It will take weeks to repair. I didn’t think it possible for QuickSync to destroy BOTH my Etsy Store and my Shopify Store. Your “Order Syncing” is nonexistent without contact information, billing and shipping addresses. A non-starter. One Customer Service Rep was so rude and unhelpful, he would not last a day in my employ. (I think you can figure out who this is by reading the entirety of the 5 day thread of issues). QuickSync’s performance would be laughable if it weren’t so sad. I will reach out to Shopify to let them know my experience.

I had an issue with my Etsy listings and Shopify listings not syncing. The online chat guy was AMAZING. I spent an hour going through the problems on my Shopify site and my mismatching SKUS. The problem is fixed now. Massive thanks to Ryan the customer service advisor. Highly recommend the app. Tip... Make sure your SKUS are all unique on Shopify and match exactly to your Etsy store.

Omar was efficient in the first half of the syncing process. I was requested to review his work in between the syncing and in good faith I did but later on when the syncing didn't go well - the inventory projection was wrong. I had to chase Omar over multiple emails. On the hand 1.5 days later, a consultant name Thea joined the chat box and she was great. Even if the issue still need time to be resolved but she helped me a lot with identifying some important settings. At least I am aware of what wasn't working in the first place. Additionally, she was online with me for hours to help..

Joseph was very helpful. Super easy to automatically sync everything. I spent days trying to use Shipstation to sync Shopify and it was a complete waste of time. I downloaded this app and synced everything within 15 minutes.
