Joseph is an absolute lifesaver! He helped me sync Etsy shop, Above the Crowd, where we sell clothing for tall individuals. He was patient, knowledgeable, and seamlessly synced my items without making me feel overwhelmed. And let me just say-Joseph is most definitely not a bot. If you need help getting your store off the ground, Joseph is your guy. Thanks to him, Above the Crowd is officially open and ready to help tall individuals everywhere stand out in style!

So far my experience with the app has been amazing. It takes a lot of the hard work out of managing two stores. The customer service is also top. One of their team Joseph noticed I was having some difficultly learning the app and proactively reached out to me to help configure my settings correctly!

I had such a wonderful experience with syncing my Shopify store with my Etsy shop thanks to the help of my customer service representative Joseph. I was worried I would need hours to get this done but he got it done within minutes. He was such a great help and I am so very grateful. I would recommend this app 10/10!

This app is such a MAJOR time saver!!! I wish I had this a few years ago when I was trying to manage a Shopify site and Etsy. It is so much easier now!!! I synced all of my products in a matter of minutes and this would have taken me days!! Customer service is also top notch with any questions you may have.

I was having issues getting my Shopify products over to Etsy. Omar reached out to me and asked if he could help, within a few minutes he already had some starting to show up on my account. He was very friendly and helpful and let me know step by step of everything that was happening. He deserves more than a 5 start rating, but only lets me give 5.

This app allowed me to move my shopify website over to Etsy seamlessly. Joseph Morris in Support was there with me every step of the way. He continued to check on me over several hours as i was pulled away from my computer repeatedly during the process. I have been wanting to have an etsy store and this made it very easy to set up with Joseph's help.
