I had an excellent experience working with QuickSync’s support team. Joseph was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable—he understood my needs right away and made sure only my original products synced correctly from Shopify to Etsy. He walked me through the process clearly and resolved the issue quickly. The app itself works seamlessly, and the customer service is outstanding. I just started my etsy store and wanted to sync my products quickly and easily. This app helped me do that, and Joseph stayed in the chat the entire time during the set up process. Everything looks like it imported correctly from Shopify, so I just need to publish the drafts for the products to go live on etsy. This was way easier than the other platforms I've used to sync my Shopify store on tiktok and Amazon.

The sales representative was outstanding. I paid for the subscription, but none of my products showed up initially. She quickly signed in and offered to sync my products, which was very helpful. As a small business owner, I don’t have time to be tech support, and I’m not very tech-savvy. I was ready to cancel my subscription if it weren’t for her assistance. Thanks so much for saving the day!
