I cannot say enough good things about the amazing support I received today from Joseph. He went above and beyond to help me set up my Etsy store and made the entire process so much easier. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and their patience and knowledge really gave me confidence as a new seller. I haven't finished syncing so I don't know that the app works yet. Joseph was helpful. I didn't have any particular issues that I ran into, but he highlighted a minor settings detail and assured me I wasn't missing anything as I went through the process.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! Beware, we used this app for many months, and it will be great until on day this app will brick your entire etsy store. Support has been entirely useless. I have lost thousands of dollars in revenue because the plugin changed all of my products prices to $1 and sold out of all inventory on my stock. Support is absolutely useless, and they will not help you at all as your store burns to the ground caused by their horrible plugin.

The customer service is amazing.. Diana has been very helpful in setting up the integration all the way. Would definitely recommend.
