Their live-chat reply rate is beyond diabolical. I don't get companies charging customers yet not hiring enough reps on their live-chat. Its been horrendous and you can't even blame the person on the chat as they are one person spread between so many other customers. Already regretting installing them. DIABOLICAL.

Just installed the app, and Joseph has been absolutely phenomenal helping me set everything up. Very personable and customer service top notch. Will update once the store is setup and products are synced. So far it has been amazing and highly recommend

Very quick response and resolution by Omar for my syncing issues from Shopify to Etsy today. He is super helpful and I'm confident he's fixed everything now. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

So far so good. The process seems to be easy. Joseph and Arianne helped me with any issues I was having and was able to resolve it and help me with my intergration. Very professional and prompt.

My name is Jules Petroz I own a shop in geneva Switzerland Apple Boutique and I have a website appleboutique.com I used QuickSinc to import my products on Etsy it worked great and i am very happy with them, except that I have problems with Etsy which is a terrible company with no support or communication at all I strongly advise you to stay away from Etsy. They don't even want to close my account ??? QuickSinc has a great support platform and they helped me as much as they could to solve my problems with Etsy without success. Thank you very much to QuickSinc team.
