Joseph was extremely helpful. He listened to the syncing issues/questions I had and immediately corrected one of the issues. He couldn't address a particular question regarding order notification emails syncing between the two platforms. He asked for a reasonable amount of time to consult with his technical team.

What lovely helpful success orientated assistance from Joseph. He stepped me though each part of the process and advised me of the best course of action and added a cost saving exercise.
