Shame on you. Not only are you reverse syncing without my permission, your support staff refuse to escalate this to the developer. I have lost thousands or dollars with you not being able to sync. You will be hearing from our attorney. This is a horrible app and will cost you a lot of revenue in the long term if you have issues.

The app has been quite helpful so far - Support from Joseph was great in helping with the initial setup. We have a large catalogue so this integration was key for activating our shop.

I had an amazing experience with Joseph! From the start, he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in setting up my Shopify-to-Etsy integration.
