I have to say that so far I am pretty impressed!! Right when I was feeling completely confused, a chat box popped up and a real live human named Joseph started assisting me!! He's transferring all my Etsy listing over to my Shopify - this should ease a lot of stress with managing both my Etsy and Shopify stores in one platform!! Can't wait to see how it works out, the other review look great so I'm feeling pretty optimistic!

I can confidently say that the customer service is superb! Omar helped me get everything set up. He was very friendly, patient, and took the time to teach me how to use the app to meet my needs. The app appears to be excellent for managing my inventory and allows me to select specific collections to upload to my Etsy store using Shopify. It's my first day using it, but it seems really user-friendly. I'm grateful to have someone like Omar to assist me. Thank you!!
