Joseph has been extremely helpful ensuring everything is being set up correctly for me and listening to exactly what I was wanting of the app to do for me. This will save me hours upon hours with syncing my Etsy store to my Shopify Store. Extremely fast to respond. Thanks so much!

Omar has so far been phenomenal in helping me problem solve the integration between my Shopify and Etsy. I feel completely supported and that I will know how to proceed in future integrations on my own. I am hoping the app works as well as the help from the team behind it.

This app has been pretty seamless as compared to others, and I find it generally easy to use. The best part is that Omar and the service team is awesome. They have 24/7 support and are their to guide and/or facilitate solutions right away. I've never had an issue. I would recommend this app for Etsy product syncs.

Great app, simple to use and synced all my etsy listings seamlessly. From the moment I used the app, Omar was on hand to help and made the process very easy. Gives a lot of confidence when support are available immediately!

Omar gets five stars; he was very helpful. This app wasn't for us because there were some limitations. We couldn't sync our product because the nature of it doesn't work well from Shopify to Etsy; it's too specialized on Shopify. Syncing the orders was nice, but to fulfill an order, we had to go back to Etsy to print the shipping label. So there was no point. It's a great concept, but sadly, it doesn't work for us. Omar tried to help, but it was out of his hands.

Joseph was polite, friendly, and quick to help connect my shop's link to Shopify. I had wanted to move my Etsy shop to Shopify for a long time but kept putting it off. Thanks to Joseph, I was able to make a quick decision and get things done, which I'm happy about. I'm looking forward to the sync being completed and excited about the prospect of setting up my new store. Yesterday, I tried without an app but failed due to too many errors, so I hope it goes well this time.

The app is very easy to setup and does its job perfectly. The Cutomer service is very reactive and is willing to help on any subject. I wish more app owners would work that way
