I've just joined, but so far the app seems to be working exactly as I wanted. I had a question about the syncing process and Arianne was able to help me out quickly and accurately!

The customer service is the best part of the app. However, the app itself seems to take a really long time to sync even just one product. The 4 stars are for the agent's willingness to help and responsiveness. Omar was very kind and patient. I really was hoping this would be a solution for us but we have so many products that it wouldn't be feasible to use this on a daily basis due to the sync speed.

Direct after installing the App, Omar sent me a chat and helped my with the first synchorinisations, answered all my questions and even gave me a contact E-Mail for all other things. Doing the first sync between Shopify was a dream and worked smooth. Wow! I should have discovered this App earlier.

I used QuickSync for the first time and am very happy with the results. The “migration” of products from Etsy to Shopify was not only successful, it worked better than with conventional migration apps. I also have Joseph to thank for this, who helped very proactively and responded to my messages immediately and at any time on the migration evening. Thank you Joseph!

I was struggling to install the app but I received help from Joseph. He was very polite and helpful. He answered all of my concerns and went beyond by making suggestions to facilitate even better use of the app. I have used several apps on Shopify before but I have never received this type of customer service. Thank you Joseph for making the process go much smoother.

Thanks to Omar exporting my Etsy listings to Shopify is working great so far! Hopfully by the time this process is done, all my Etsy listings will be in my Shopify and I can work on them. Omar immediately offered his help and quickly replied to all my messages. He helped me with my specific problem right away and was super helpful and friendly! If I could give 10 stars I would! :)
