Good app - performs well and does exactly what it says it does. Customer service is FANTASTIC - they are always online and answer very quickly and are knowledgeable and helpful. Joseph was incredibly helpful with getting my store's products synced to TikTok after several failed attempts on my own. He identified the problem quickly and guided me to properly sync them and was patient enough to wait while they loaded to confirm that it worked. Thank you, Joseph!

Integration was easy, albeit a bit slow. Khaled stuck around and helped through the whole process and answered my questions clearly/quickly. **UPDATE** Inventory syncing only worked one way. Editing Shopify inventory will change Etsy stock levels but Etsy sales weren't being reflected on Shopify. Etsy then read positive inventory for items that were actually sold out and then autorelisted, charging additional listing fees. Contact Customer Service and Omar was incredibly unhelpful. Had to repeat myself multiple times and still got no solutions. I will be uninstalling and seeking a new solution.
