Joseph was very helpful with the set-up process. They are always available, but now I am having issues that it seems they don't know how to fix and they are not reaching out and it's been days. They said they would follow up, it's been over 5 days and still nothing.

Joseph was so AMAZING! VERY PATIENT AND WELL AWARE of the technologies on both Shopify and Etsy. He literally worked with me over the course of 3 or so hours until I finally was set up. I am not normally one to struggle with these things but for some reason I was having tons of issues and he never gave up on me despite me actually giving up for about 30 minutes as I was just having so much trouble getting (my information) into everything LOL. But, when I got back, he was still there and carried on without missing a beat. He truly is the epitome of a perfect customer service tech. VERY VERY GOOD! 100 STARS TO JOSEPH!!!

Great app. What really sets this app apart, though, is the customer support. I had a few questions about the features, and Joseph, the support agent, went above and beyond to help me out. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Joseph made sure all my issues were resolved quickly, and his friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for sync to Etsy. And if you ever need assistance, know that you’re in great hands with people like Joseph on the support team!

This is one of the easiest and efficient apps I have used on Shopify. Khaled helped me during the sync and did great customer support. Totally recommend.

I was struggling with Shopify and importing my inventory. Omar with Etsy Integration QuickSync was unbelievably helpful, patient, and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this app mainly because of how wonderful Omar is. Thank you, Omar!

As a Gen Xer who is very insecure about my tech ability, Omar made me feel as though he really was there for me with syncing my Shopify site to Etsy. He made the whole confusing task very smooth, was very polite and efficient. I hope he will be available in the future and how great to be helped by a human!

Ran into a hiccup during setup. Found out that this only allows for syncing from one location, but I have products that are made in multiple locations, so Omar helped me out and sent a link to their other app that allows multi-product location syncing. This review is more for the customer service rep helping me quickly figure out a problem.

We are only just stating with this app but so far its been brilliant and saved me loads of time. I made a cock-up on our first order so asked a question on their chat and the guy fixed and synched the order to Shopify in less then 5 mins. Great support from Elhassan :-)

Omar was very helpful and patient with helping me import my products from Shopify to Etsy. He was willing to help me with the SKU’s and also guided me in how to correctly upload listings to Etsy. He was kind and stayed in top of things. Thank you!

I just got this app today so I haven’t used it in real time so this review is based off my experience with the App so far. I have over 1,400 listings in Etsy and the listings were transferred to my Etsy shop with the help of Omar, one of Etsy Integration-Quick Sync Reps. He answered all of my questions and took care of the syncing my shop It didn’t take long at all. This app literally saved me thousands of hours and money as well. I highly recommend giving it a try. I’m sure you’ll be happy you did.
