Awesome and Efficient app , really help integrate both of my shops in to one basically. if you ever in a jam the help team is there to assist in a timely manner stating with Joseph who was the one who assisted me, im very happy a grateful.

I had a little bit of issues trying th sync my products probably something I was doing wrong. But I reached customer service through the chat and Khaled was extremely helpful. Within minutes he was able to figure out my issue and I was getting my products synced to my Etsy Shop.

So far so good. Support very quick. Only used for 10 minutes so far though.

Worst experience. Every time when order comes in, the order is synced but the inventory is not updated. I have to manually go and update the inventory so that product is marked Out of Stock. Reached multiple times to support staff but they are not helpful. Still its an open issues and no one is helping form support team to resolve it.

It's been refreshingly easy to integrate two platforms. Omar is helping me in the chatbox and I'm genuinely surprised at how helpful he is. He's sending helpful links and guides for the parts I wish to do myself and explains everything clearly. He's also super friendly! Thanks Omar!

Joseph is amazing! Very knowledgable and super friendly. He was patient and answered all my questions and everything he said he would do, he did!
