I want to give a shoutout to Omar for providing such quick and easy service. He was there to help as soon as I logged on. He anticipated my need for help based on the server notifications. It's really hard to find customer service like this nowadays. I look forward to working more with quicksync. Thank you, Omar.

** ATTENTION!!!** Be very careful with this app, especially if you manage a large number of products. It syncs your shop, but product variants will be delivered without their pictures, which you’ll have to manually fix yourself. Navigation is confusing—my entire Etsy shop (580 listings, 3200 products) was imported into Shopify, and now I have to manually assign categories for every single product. The worst part: this app completely messed up my inventory on Etsy. It changed product quantities,for example: where I had 33 pieces total, it now shows 33 pieces **for each color**! After hours of discussions and promises from support (Omar, Khaled, Jayson) to fix or at least provide a backup, **nothing** was done. Finally I got answer from them: unfortunately there is nothing to change. Now I’m facing a week of manually fixing everything myself. Absolutely horrible experience, and I’ve never dealt with anything this bad. Avoid at all costs!

By the help with the Omar from CS team, the integration is done. Omar is helpful, you don't need to do anything to have the integration complete. Thumb up.

Offers easy setup and affordable prices to work with, the customer service experience is a 10 out of 10, very patient and helpful, I received very quick and effective responses and my problem was solved in less than 10 mins!. Would recommend.

Joseph was extremely helpful and patient getting me onboarded and so far it works well. He answered all my questions and helped me troubleshoot. The app seems to do what its supposed to do and customer service has been excellent.

Joseph went above and beyond to help me. I left the chat to fix the shipping information and could not return to it. Instead of giving up talking to me he emailed me giving me instructions to go back to our chat and proceed with the sync of my store. He was very patient and kind. He even offered to send me some videos to help me start my business at Etsy. Thank you Joseph! Never had such an amazing experience in a chat. Thank you Joseph!

So far, so good. I used the app to upload my products to Etsy and it was simple. I love how EVERYTHING synced over. There were some products that didn't go through, I requested assistance via the chat help, I was chatting with Ariane who was very helpful and got the remaining items synced over for me. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone considering a seamless Shopify/Etsy integration.

Even though the Etsy app isn’t currently right for me, as I’m not able to justify paying for another app at this time. Hopefully as the business grows I can add it. But for now I’ll continue to add to my Etsy store manually. I appreciate the Free trial to give me a chance to have a look around to see if it would b right for my business in the future. Normie was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to cancel. It’s given me confidence to come back in the future when the time is right.

Omar from support team, did a phenomenal job, quick response, attention to every request I had. It was amazing. A plugin is also seamless to move your items from Etsy to Shopify, everything is intuitive. Great team, great support, great APP, what else you need?
