No doubt the app is great after integrating with Etsy straight away we saw the increase in our sale. There were few hick ups along the away but were quickly resolved by the customer care team. still testing. .. A quick suggestion allow the order and product sync into the lite plan as well you guys can limit the number products that can be sync. This will allow user to use the full features of the platform and test their needs. only that reason giving 4 stars. else 5 stars all the way.

Joseph has been wonderful to work with. Love this app, it really makes linking Shopify to Etsy a breeze. I love that it also pushes the orders back to Shopify to be fulfilled properly. A++

It is too soon for me to really rate this app, but I am hoping this will solve our syncing challenges! Customer support has been very helpful so far.

Joseph has been incredibly helpful with the Appe Sync app for syncing Etsy with Shopify. Although the app couldn’t work with my setup, Joseph went above and beyond to assist me. He is very kind and professional. Highly recommend his support!

I had downloaded the app and realized that I was not yet ready for it. I contacted customer service and Joseph (the rep) was amazing and helped figure out exactly how I should delete the app and also helped me get a refund for the two extra months that I was charged while I did not use the app. I will definitely return to this when I am ready.

Seems like a very easy App to use, Omar was very helpful in trying to get me set up on the App but unfortunately this app whilst great for other sellers - wasn't the one for me. There is an issue in Shopify doesn't allow for variations to not have a SKU or track inventory (which you can do on Etsy - so you can make variations for things like adding designs to a product without having to track inventory for it). The only way it will work is if you have matching SKU's and every variation of a product on Etsy and Shopify is something that is inventory tracked - if you have this then it is a great app to use! (and customer service help is brilliant, very quick to offer support!)
