I can't rave enough about the fantastic service I received from Joseph at Etsy Integration - QuickSync! From the moment I reached out, Joseph was a total gem. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so patient and kind. He took the time to understand my needs and made sure everything was perfectly integrated with my Etsy shop. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Joseph went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. If you want top-notch service with a personal touch, Joseph is your guy! I have just started to use this App and so far it seems excellent. I hope it continues in the same way. I can certainly vouch for the great customer service I was provided by a very charming young man called Joseph. He was very helpful, incredibly polite and his English was exceptional. Joseph made the process seamless. I hope that all of their customer service operators are like Joseph!

I am brand new to creating an Etsy store, as well as a Shopify store, so my experience with those apps and this one for syncing products is limited. However, it has been working very well so far. When I've had issues with syncing, customer service has been very fast and very helpful. Omar, who I chatted with, was fantastic!

Zur App selbst kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, aber der Live Support ist Top. Endlich mal KEIN Bot bei dem man nicht weiter kommt sondern tatsächlich ein "lebender Mensch".

At first experience was great. Installation was quick, I immediately synced my products from Shopify to Etsy. The problems started when I added a new product a week later and tried to sync it. Suddenly it said my setup wasn't complete, there were problems with my shipping profile on Etsy (which there weren't) and all my products became unsynced. I had to delete cache and cookies, it was very stressful! However Jayson from customer service was very attentive, helpful and patient. He helped me solve the problems at last and I would definately give him 5 stars!

Arianne was on top of it! Probably one of the best agents I've talked to. She helped with all of my questions. Recommend chatting with an agent if you have questions. New to the app, but it seems like a great app addition so far to connect my etsy shop to my shopify app.

After 5 months using this app, this app has created more problems than solving the issue to the extend affecting our sales on Etsy. Here are list of problems we have faced, everytime we reach for support - we get instead support however we run into multiple side effects which are discovered later. 1. Alt text of image not syncing 2. Variant images are not associated (learned hard way when our sales went down) 3. New listing overwrote existing listing when both has different SKU 4. Order syncing now takes 1 hours from Etsy to Shopify 5. Video is not synced - support told this feature is not supported.
