I found it extremely easy to transfer all of my Etsy products, of which there are over 1000, to our shop here using this app. It even brings over the descriptions and category types and creates SKUs where needed. However, I recently realized that my inventory wasn't syncing in real-time. Thanks to the help of a live chat agent named Arianne, I am now receiving assistance and my products will sync in real-time. I recommend this app!

Great app- very easy to use! The help was amazing and I got help from Joseph when I couldn't figure out what to do.

A little disappointed! They advertise that you can manage Etsy orders from Shopify, but in reality, you can't! Etsy doesn't allow for address integration, so unless you want to do double the work, I don't recommend. The customer service was outstanding and the app is easy to use, but it seems best for product syncing only.

super helpful Support, basically you just tell them what you need and they do it for you. I tried many sync apps and they all were hard to use and understand. now I synced my shops in minutes, but I could have been doing that manually for weeks. many thanks to agent Omar!

They have a seamless operating system and smooth interface, fast syncing for all yoir products as long as you have your etsy account srt up for sellers, and you have a product from etsy. I was surprised how fast they jumped on to chat staff is excellent talked to Jason who gave me instructions on how to use the Sync app. But overall great service and graphics for their interface with Shopify was easy.

Very dangerous app, all my Etsy products have been deactivated because synced in wrong direciton. Employees are nice and quick but do not take the proper safety precautions.

wow. great app. great customer service. within "seconds" of starting the app...a chat box appeared on my screen. Joseph walked me through the app. and within about 10 minutes, we had all 4,000 items synced. i am impressed with this person on the chat box who helped me
