I recently had the pleasure of working with Omar from the Etsy integration team at Quicksync, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Arianne was on top of it! Probably one of the best agents I've talked to. She helped with all of my questions. Recommend chatting with an agent if you have questions. New to the app, but it seems like a great app addition so far to connect my etsy shop to my shopify app.

Easy to use and super fast assistance when needed, resolved the issue within minutes

After 5 months using this app, this app has created more problems than solving the issue to the extend affecting our sales on Etsy. Here are list of problems we have faced, everytime we reach for support - we get instead support however we run into multiple side effects which are discovered later. 1. Alt text of image not syncing 2. Variant images are not associated (learned hard way when our sales went down) 3. New listing overwrote existing listing when both has different SKU 4. Order syncing now takes 1 hours from Etsy to Shopify 5. Video is not synced - support told this feature is not supported.

Khaled was super helpful when I couldn't get my products to sync from shopify to etsy. He walked me through the steps that were missing for me to have a successful export. The items are still trying to export again and that will take some time, but Khaled said he'd also be here once my items are done syncing in case there are more questions or concerns. Thanks!

A lot of my products weren't linking but I had quick help from Joseph who managed to get everything in working order. He manged to assist in setting up links and backups, offered detailed assistance. This guy is the "gold standard in service"! Cannot say enough good things about his approach and assistance. Awesome work Joseph!!

I'm using the app for very little but so far so good, the app is intuitive and customer service very helpful. The inventory synch is what we were looking for in particular.

VERY RESPONSIVE! In all the times I've needed to reach out. there's always been someone available in chat, with a happy attitude, and willing to help. Really liking that they are always there to help when we need it! The software itself has a lot of strengths, very easy to use.
