**EDIT** Please take this as a warning, after leaving this review, this company and its staff have proceeded to harass me and try to bribe me to remove my review. They have been trying to contact me DAILY through my websites chat feature (meant for customers) and have also been emailing me telling me that they are a new hire and live in Egypt and they will get fired( Apparently the staff member is still on probation) of my review. Even if this was true its completely inappropriate and unprofessional, and doing 2 minutes of research showed me that Joseph has been with the company for over a year and is not a new hire full stop. Please be wary of all of the fake sounding good reviews on this app, as I now believe them to all be fake, as if they are trying to bribe me to remove my review, no doubts they have done it to many others.*** Really not a great app, I had high hopes for this but sadly I have had numerous issues. My products seemingly all synced up fine for a while until I started getting orders where I didn't have any stock left. I checked on the app and basically whenever anyone places an order off either my Etsy or my Shopify, the items that they ordered would be 'un-synced' and I would have to manually update the inventory and then re-sync the products every time. I did contact the support on numerous occasions, and despite them being lovely and quite happy to help, my issue has never been resolved and its been nearly a month now. I am coming to the end of the free trial they offer but I will be cancelling before any payment comes out as sadly as it stands, the app is useless as I am having to manually update my stock still. I will also note that I've been having issues with items being 'deactivated' on my Etsy when they haven't sold out since installing this app too. I cant say for certain that this app is the cause but it started happening around the same time I downloaded this + other reviewers are also stating the same issues.

Honestly, I thought the 5 stars reviews everywhere seemed a bit dodgy. I also thought that asking for help through the chat at 5pm CET wouldn't get me a quick answer. WEEEEEELL..... Omar replied instantly, jumped into the process, identified the blocker, did what I wanted to achieve, went the extra mile, and here I am 15 minutes later with my Shopify products available on Etsy. I'm impressed.

Just added the app to my Shopify and had an issue syncing but reached out to customer support and Arianne was able to quickly resolve my issues and clarify for me that I need unique SKUs. This type of quick and intentional customer support makes me want to use this app.

So far so good in terms of exporting my products. Although the process is not completed yet, I am pleased with the progress so far. I also had great service from Joseph, the customer success agent who assisted with ensuring I had the right options and a smooth experience

what a pleasure to speak to a human being, especially joseph. he was patient, and made sure that all my questions were answered - and in some cases he had to answer them a couple times over bc i am not very savvy with tech. joseph provided excellent customer service and helped me to troubleshoot and set up my shop on etsy. thank you joseph for your support and customer care. quicksync is lucky to have such a great team member. thank you again joseph!

Amazing App that does exactly what I needed. Customer service was excellent! Didn't even have to ask for help when Joseph messaged me ready to help me get setup. Absolutely recommend!! Joseph was also efficient, worked quickly and communicated every step of the way. Could not ask for anything more. Thank you!

I think the app works great. I unfortunately have to scale back my business currently so I had to cut back. Joseph has helped me set up as well as disconnect the app and he is incredibly helpful. I really appreciate how easy he has made the entire experience.

The app is amazing and customer service is stunning. Normie helped me in less than 5 minutes and when we need to run business every single second counts. I was unsure if the product had worked correctly as I couldn't find them. I later discovered they did not sync across to my Etsy store. However, I was online today trying to figure out what to do, when JOSEPH MORRIS , representative messaged me and offered to FIX the problem!!! This representative was very at tentative to my business needs and was patient the hole time and I promise you it took some time!! He never rushed me. I commend Joseph and hope I get him every time if i ever have any more problems......I hope Joseph is available!! He is a true ASSET to this company!! Thanks again, Joseph!! Wish I could give TEN STARS!!!
