I started with etsy because its easy for those of us that don't know how to manage/run/start their own website. I as working on importing listings and *BING* a "how can I help you" window popped up. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me get my etsy shop imported to my new Shopify shop.

Joseph did a great job helping me get things setup. It only took a few minutes to get things started.

I love this app. It worked for me straight away. Then I get a lovely message from Joseph welcoming me to the app and helping me find my feet. He has sent me information that will help take me from manual to automatic when I am ready. What a relief to find this time saver. Thank you again Joseph.

Thank you for your exceptional service! Thea has significantly eased my workload by handling the more cumbersome tasks efficiently. The customer service has been excellent. Additionally, I find the pricing to be quite reasonable, anticipating that it will prove to be a worthwhile investment in the coming weeks. Its been 2 days and my product are still not completely synchronized and imported in Etsy. Everything you want to do has to be done with customer service. I am very unhappy with this app and service, as they told me three times already that the products are synchronized. And I have been asked for a review before the export process has been done. fyi
