Etsy Integration by QuickSync

Today its not a good day with this application

Great customer experience. Joseph was great! I do wish they had the feature to sync customer data from Etsy to Shopify

Strongly recommend. I didn't know how to create new products in Etsy from Shopify. Joseph was very helpful and helped me with all the steps. He actually synced all products we wanted to do. Also, he sent me all the steps in email later. Sincerely appreciated his help.. Amit

So far the app seems pretty easy to use and the rep, Omar, has been very helpful

Joesph Morris reached out and offered to assist me with uploading my products and he handled it all quickly. He was super polite and helpful and I appreciate him taking the time to get me started.

So far it's good. The importing looks good, will need to tweak a few things but it's still easier than relisting everything on Etsy from scratch. Omar was helpful and quick to respond to questions I had.

**EDIT** Please take this as a warning, after leaving this review, this company and its staff have proceeded to harass me and try to bribe me to remove my review. They have been trying to contact me DAILY through my websites chat feature (meant for customers) and have also been emailing me telling me that they are a new hire and live in Egypt and they will get fired( Apparently the staff member is still on probation) of my review. Even if this was true its completely inappropriate and unprofessional, and doing 2 minutes of research showed me that Joseph has been with the company for over a year and is not a new hire full stop. Please be wary of all of the fake sounding good reviews on this app, as I now believe them to all be fake, as if they are trying to bribe me to remove my review, no doubts they have done it to many others.*** Really not a great app, I had high hopes for this but sadly I have had numerous issues. My products seemingly all synced up fine for a while until I started getting orders where I didn't have any stock left. I checked on the app and basically whenever anyone places an order off either my Etsy or my Shopify, the items that they ordered would be 'un-synced' and I would have to manually update the inventory and then re-sync the products every time. I did contact the support on numerous occasions, and despite them being lovely and quite happy to help, my issue has never been resolved and its been nearly a month now. I am coming to the end of the free trial they offer but I will be cancelling before any payment comes out as sadly as it stands, the app is useless as I am having to manually update my stock still. I will also note that I've been having issues with items being 'deactivated' on my Etsy when they haven't sold out since installing this app too. I cant say for certain that this app is the cause but it started happening around the same time I downloaded this + other reviewers are also stating the same issues.

I just sync the items thanks to Joseph.He is amazing.He help me the every step of the syncing.Thanks for your kindness and helpfulness.

This app works fast and efficiently. It took me a few times to get it right but the chat team is really helpful.

So far so good in terms of exporting my products. Although the process is not completed yet, I am pleased with the progress so far. I also had great service from Joseph, the customer success agent who assisted with ensuring I had the right options and a smooth experience

what a pleasure to speak to a human being, especially joseph. he was patient, and made sure that all my questions were answered - and in some cases he had to answer them a couple times over bc i am not very savvy with tech. joseph provided excellent customer service and helped me to troubleshoot and set up my shop on etsy. thank you joseph for your support and customer care. quicksync is lucky to have such a great team member. thank you again joseph!
