Joseph really helped me get my product synced to my shop. He was very patient when we couldn't get something to work. I would defiantly reach out to him again if i need help with something.

Pleasantly surprised with the app but the most positive highlight is definitely the customer service. Joseph was super positive and friendly and was incredibly pleasant to talk to and work with regarding all my inquiries.

Super quick and easy to use this app. Joseph was super helpful in the setup process and I truly have not had such an excellent customer service experience in a long time. My listings moved from my Shopify to Etsy seamlessly! I would recommend

honestly so far they have been great. their chat box has helped a lot and they are responsive all the time. i needed some assistance on ETSY and they sent me the proper links to talk to them and everything worked smoothly so far. Ty

So far it's working exactly as I hoped it would! And the support is downright excellent. There was a tiny language issue - I used "vice versa" and the tech wasn't familiar with it yet. He is now! Anyway, knowlegable, fast, helpful, patient, etc. Very good.

I've given this app way too many chances. I have linked it to my Etsy store and it de-activates my Etsy listings. Then I have to divide the quantities of stock between the stores manually. 200+ of my listings are de-activated as of now despite listings sharing identical SKU's. The amount of sales and fees this app has cost me is in the hundreds. I have customers constantly asking me when items will be back in stock because of this de-activation by this ridiculous app. It was only good for the first few months then they did something to ruin the app. I'm so very angry and upset by the work load and money this app has cost me. Don't waste your money or time on this.

Omar has been very helpful in setting us up with QuickSync. It is a great app integration which has saved me a hell of a lot of time syncing with a new Etsy shop. Thank you! awesome guy :)

As a new Shopify user, I found this App to be extremely helpful in importing products from my existing Etsy shop. It's very easy to use and the customer service support has been there for me when needed.
